Pitchers shall be limited to a maximum of 75 pitches per game. If a pitcher throws greater than 20 pitches in a game, he must rest one calendar day. If a pitcher throws greater than 50 pitches, he must rest 2 calendar days. The official pitch count will be kept by the home team scorekeeper. If a pitcher reaches his pitch limit during a player at bat, he will not be allowed to finish the batter before being removed from the mound. o The coach is allowed one trip to the pitcher’s mound per pitcher per inning. In the event of a second trip to the mound in the same inning, the pitcher must be removed from the pitcher position. o There will be no breaking balls allowed. Pitchers may only throw fastballs, changeups, and knuckleballs. The first violation will be a warning. After the warning, a ball will be awarded for any violation of this rule. o The pitching distance is 50 feet from the rubber to the back tip of the plate. o Balks will be called. There will be one warning per pitcher. The runner will be called out for violation of this rule. A defensive player can’t interfere with a runner’s path by standing on or blocking a base, unless a play is being made on the ball.
