The United States Psychotronics Association (USPA) will be hosting its annual conference, July 14th-16th, 2017, at the beautiful Wyndham Glenview Suites in Glenview, Illinois (near O’Hare airport Chicago). Nest year’s conference will, as usual, cover many exciting fields of research and application in the psychotronics field, such as bioelectromagnetism, biophotons, electromagnetic wave pollution, Rupert Sheldrake’s morphogenetic fields, non-hertzian waves, Wilhelm Reich’s orgone energy, pyramid energy and power, Chinese qi (chi) energy, quantum fields, scalar waves, subtle energies, ultra-weak radiation of living matter, and other similar subjects. This would include research related to the works of Ruth Drown, George De La Warr, Royal R. Rife, Nikola Tesla, Marcel Vogel, Georges Lakhovsy, T. Galen Hieronymous, and other pioneers in the psychotronics field.

Accepted speakers will need to provide their own transportation and lodging, but the Conference fees will waived.

2:30PM - 45PM - “Pennsylvania” Pete Radatti Most people use Radionics in broadcast mode. Broadcast mode is fast, powerful and is a push of energy. Using broad- cast the target will get the energy you push whether it is good for them or not. That is why we always check on the amount of time to broadcast, check appropriateness (GV, White Light) and insure that all cold scans are done with “harm to no one”. Some people also use potentization, usually to water or oil. This is also powerful and has the ad- vantage that it can be applied on a as-needed basis instead of on a as-available basis. Depending upon how it is used potentization could be a push or a pull of energy. If you drink the water you are absorbing all of it and you again need to follow the rules of broadcast. There is a third way. This method directly applies the energies needed, when needed, where needed and always with harm to no one. It is like having a dedicated skilled radionics operator working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on just one target. Any radionics operator can use this technique and the learning curve is low for existing operators. Consider spending some of your tractor time with the session recordings 9 Among the Missing, (and Updates): A Column about Missing People, Organizations, Periodicals, Books, Artifacts, and Collections in the Psychotronics Field by John H. Reed, M.D
This is a new “column” or section of the USPA Newsletter, and will be an ongoing part of every issue, with the purpose of helping the USPA, as well as, our members and research associates locate people, organizations, periodicals, books, artifacts, collections, and other items that have seemingly disappeared, or have been extremely difficult to find. Updates will be added, and each missing item will be retained in future issues until it is found or otherwise resolved, since some readers may not have seen prior issues of the USPA Newsletter or the original notice of the missing item.
In addition, this will also serve as a “People Locator Service” to help find authors and researchers on psychotronics, radionics, subtle energies, energy medicine, and related subjects, who have “disappeared” or have died long ago, and whose relatives you may be trying to find in order to preserve the research papers and collection of that person.
In our research and reading, we all have encountered people, organizations, periodicals, books, articles, or other things that we have tried to find, and some people have searched for years to find something, but have not yet found it, despite the vast resources of the Internet. However, with our large USPA membership, we can all help one another find what we have been searching for. Some of you may have experience in genealogical research, or private investigation, law enforcement, or even intelligence work which you could utilize to help each other, or perhaps just make suggestions on how or where to search for something.
So if there is anything you have been searching for and need help to find, please write to me, John H. Reed, M.D. at: [email protected], and I will include your search help request in the next and subsequent issues of the USPA Newsletter. And if you have any information about an item that is listed in “Among the Missing”, please write to the same email address and share what you know or your suggestions. If there is something that is confidential, your confidentiality request will be honored and protected.
Missing People, and Updates:
We are trying to track down some of the original directors and officers of the United States Psychotronics Association (USPA), when it was organized in 1975, with the word “Radionics” in the organization title. Does anyone have any information on the current whereabouts of the following people, or family members, if the person is known to have passed away, or where they passed away?? Please check Ancestry.com, social media websites, newspaper archives, and any other databases you have to help find these people.
10 1. Dr. Marcel Vogel and his Research Papers: Does anyone know what became of the papers and files of Dr. Marcel Vogel, who died in 1991? Dr. Vogel did extensive research on crystals and crystal healing, pyramid power, the “Backster Effect” involving plants and their bioenergetic fields, and a number of other psychotronics related subjects. He also spoke numerous times at USPA conferences. Marcel Vogel worked at IBM for 27 years and had 32 patents. If you have any knowledge about Marcel Vogel and what became of his papers and files after he died, please write to your editor at: [email protected]. The USPA would like to make sure that all of his papers are preserved.
2. Colonel I. B. Clark, a Director of the USPA in the first two years of its existence in 1975-1976, and then second Vice President in 1977. Update: USPA Board Member, Scott Beutlich, sent information telling that in 1973 Colonel Clark’s address was P.O. Drawer One, Marble Falls, Texas 78654. At that time, he operated a radiesthesia and radionics locating service. A 1958 newspaper article also stated that Col. I. B. Clark, was head of Clark Enterprises of Cedar Hill, Texas (a city South of Dallas on Highway 67. At that time Col. Clark was in the ranching business and raises hogs, sheep and cattle. If any of you have access to Ancestry.com, perhaps you could find a listing for him or his relatives.
3. Dr. Otha Wingo, Original USPA Board Director, 1975-1977; Update: A researcher provided information that Ortha Wingo’s full name is Elvis Ortha Wingo, and currently 4. Paul Sauvin, USPA 2nd Vice Pes., 1976 and 1st Vice Pres., 1977 5.. Henry Nagorka, USPA 1st Vice Pres., 1975 and 1976, and then President, of the USPA in 1977.
Missing Pages of a Book
The book, Relationship Between Parapsychology and Gravity, Vol. 3 of Handbook of Unusual Energies, by J.G. Gallimore, was published by Borderland Sciences in the 1970’s, although the date of publication and copyright date were not noted in this book. The USPA has this book in its library, and plans to republish it for the Gallimore family, but unfortunately, pages 208 and 209 are missing from the printed book. It appears that this is a publisher printing error, because page 210 is printed on the back side of page 207. However, it is possible that pages 208 and 209 were missing from the manuscript when it was sent to Borderlands for publication. Or these pages of the manuscript may have been inadvertently lost by the publisher, or possibly they were intentionally removed by someone from the manuscript prior to publication.
Do any of you have a copy of this book, and if so, would you please check to see if it has pages 208 and 209? I have searched the WorldCat, which shows the books and monograph holdings of virtually every public and university library in the United States and Canada, and many of the large libraries in the UK and elsewhere in the

Missing Organizations:
1. International Association for Psychotronic Research (IAPR): Does anyone know what became of the International Association for Psychotronic Research? And do any of you have copies of its meeting proceedings or newsletter, if such a newsletter were published? It was founded in 1973, even before the United States Psychotronic Association (USPA), which was founded in 1975. However, the current location or activities of the IAPR are unknown.
The IAPR held numerous international conferences around the world, beginning with its first in 1974 in Prague, then Czechoslovakia. At this conference, Dr. Zdenek Rejdak was elected president for the Eastern Division of the IAPR, and Dr. Stanley Krippner was elected president for the West. The 8th International Conference on Psychotronic Research was held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 1993, as a joint conference with the United States Psychotronics Association (USPA), but it is unknown if any subsequent conferences of the IAPR were held.
Proceedings of each of these conferences were published. If copies of these proceedings can be obtained, or any newsletters that it may have published, we will add them to the USPA Library and make them available to USPA members. 2. International Radionics Association (IRA): Does anyone know anything about the International Radionics Association (IRA), which was located in Springfield, Missouri in the late 1940s. This is known, because a book called The Truth about Radionics was published in 1947 by this organization, and although the author’s name is anonymous, it is highly probable that the author was T. Galen Hieronymus, who passed away many years ago.
I checked several newspaper databases, and references to this organization were found in the press as far back as the early 1930s, and as late as the early 1960s, but nothing more recent than that. If you have any knowledge about this organization, please write to the editor at: [email protected]

1. British Journal of Radiesthesia and Radionics: Does anyone have any issues of The British Journal of Radiesthesia and Radionics. It was published in London,
12 England, by the British Radiesthesia Association, 1953-1963. The original title was British Journal of Radiesthesia, published from 1953-1957. No libraries in the United States, public or university, have this journal in their collection., and only five libraries elsewhere in the world are known to have any issues at all: The British Museum Library (AKA The British Library), Oxford, Cambridge, the National Library of Scotland, and Trinity College Library, in Dublin Ireland. If you have any issues of this periodical, will you please let me know? And for our members and associates in The UK and Irelad, if you can access these periodicals at any of the above libraries, you would do a huge service for all of us if you would Xerox what issues are available and send them to me. 2. Journal of Scientific Controversy. This periodical was referred to on page 49 of the Vol. 1, No. 1 (Spring, 1967) issue of the INFO: The Journal of the International Fortean Organization. Someone was trying to find out about it even then, 49 years ago, and said that this journal was “formerly published in Boulder , Colorado” implying that it may have ceased publication prior to 1967, or that it moved somewhere else after being published for a period of time in Boulder. I have searched the WorldCat, which shows the periodical holdings of virtually every public and university library in the United States and Canada, and many of the large libraries in the UK and elsewhere overseas. But this title, or anything close to it does not exist in the WorldCat database, so that indicates that this periodical title is not held in any library, even special collections, which are also included in WorldCat. However, this does not mean that the periodical does not exist, since many periodicals in the psychotronics , scientific anomalies and similar fields are excluded from libraries. Missing Books:
Rhea White and Larissa Vilenskaya wrote a book titled Parapsychology in the Soviet Union, Eastern Europe, and China: A Compendium of Information. It was supposedly published by Scarecrow Press of Metuchen, NJ, a well know publisher of reference books. This book was listed as reference work #680 on page 213 of Rhea White’s book, Parapsychology: New Sources of Information, 1973-1989 , also published by Scarecrow Press. I called the publisher, and they said they have never published this book, and know nothing about it. As you can see from entry #680, Rhea White noted that this book was “in press”, so it may have been in a preparation stage, but the manuscript may never have been sent to Scarecrow Press.
13 Aganin, I have searched the WorldCat, which shows books and monograph holdings of virtually every public and university library in the United States and Canada, and many of the large libraries in the UK and elsewhere in the world. But this book title does not exist in the WorldCat database, which indicates that this book is not held in any library, even special collections, which are also included in WorldCat. Unfortunately, I was unable to ask either of the authors about this, since both have passed away.
Rhea White was a well known parapsychology researcher, so some of you may have known her or heard her speak of the missing book manuscript that she was working on. Larissa Vilenskaya was from Russia, but lived and worked in the San Francisco area, and she was a prolific researcher on Russian and Eastern European psychotronics research. A few months ago I received a letter from the Radionic Association appointing me an hon- orary member. I was touched and I thought of all those years ago, when I had just turned 24 when, full of enthusiasm, hesitation and hope, I attended the introductory weekend at Spar- sholt College in Winchester. My English was not all that great and I’d never seen a pendulum in my whole life. I was her studies, and I was stunned by reading the book Report on Radionics by Russell. I really wanted to become a radionic opera- tor, to treat people and plants remotely and who knows what other kind of miracles were waiting for me!!! The road has not been easy, far from it, but here I am now. I can be happy and proud about myself and what I’ve been doing in all these years. Thank you so much for this unexpected gift, this award for my life spent in radion- ics, my great passion!
You have read on the pages of this journal about my adventures in Colombia with the Radionics Without Borders project. My intentions with this article are to update you on the work done so far and also on the current situation of radionics in Italy. For those unaware, in 2007 I started a project called Radionics without Bor- ders with the Italian Society of Radionics of which, in fact, I am the founder and president. The project concerns the creation of a radionic school and a
15 class of radionic professionals in Latin America. A programme conceived from the consideration of the extreme state of poverty of a large part of these populations (and therefore, what better than radionics for small groups who may be isolated on mountains or for poor families, to give them the chance to work and get results with simple pieces of paper?) and simultaneously use their great mental openness and tradition regarding the invisible and the use of subtle energy. The occasion was offered me unexpectedly by a student who was working for an NGO in Latin America and suggested that I go to Colombia, where a group of social and health workers and shamans were eager to meet me and to learn radionics from me. I didn’t talk the language in those days, but the boldness that has always distinguished me helped me out. I prepared a sim- ple, special and cheap program suitable for their needs and so I left. I lived a truly unforgettable adventure. The seed was planted, but my comittment to my small daughter kept me here in Italy. The vice president, Federico Marincola, gave an extremely positive reaction and there was great demand, and so he took on the task to go back to Colombia to teach, instead of me. Below is his report.
“In 2010, taken by what I call’divine fervour’, I worked out the crazy idea to throw myself heart and soul into an absolutely new adventure: to go on a mission to Central America to teach radionics in the context of the project Radionics Without Borders of SIRR (the Italian Radionics Society), that after the visit of Alessandra to Colombia, was now required in Nicaragua too. organizer of her trip in Colombia held some introductory levels of dowsing and radionics in Managua. People were enthusiastic. I arrived in Managua, with the organizational and logistical support of Didi Prema of the local Ananda Marga, I found myself in front of a very large class of ‘Radionics First Level’ students. They were well educated, cheerful, friendly and especially motivated. The result was excellent, and the students asked me to continue the course until graduation. So I began regular trips, two or three times a year, to undertake the training of future Nicaraguan radionic practitioners. Soon Guatemala was included in my travels, and there I taught radionics to a group of students in the capital, and at the same time I started entering into the depths of the spiritual world of the Maya people. The Mayans, bright and intelligent people, immediately noticed that with the pendulum, radionics and the Raymon Grace protocol they could readily
16 get rid of negativity, diseases and pain. I was immediately named ‘El Gringo curandero’ (the word ‘Gringo’ means a person from the US, but it seems that they use it for all the white-skinned foreigners).
Dowsing Class
Since I gained their trust, I took the opportunity to undergo special train- ing myself, and in 2011 I was introduced to Ajq’ij, or ‘Mayan Spiritual Guide’. They started me into the ancestral Maya cosmovision, prepared me to cel- " the 20 Nawales and the Sacred Calendar, to dowse with the traditional tech- nique of Tzité (Pole Pito red beans, a sacred plant) and many other absolutely fascinating things. At the same time I began the teaching projects of radionics to the native Matagalpa (Nicaragua) and Xinka (Guatemala). Mostly farmers, these friends immediately showed an incredible healing talent. Meanwhile, # $ % & Radionics Society were obtained in Nicaragua and Guatemala. Alessandra (in Italian) read and evaluated the students’ theses, and I (on the website) ' * ' + / 3 5 &
17 radionics courses at First and Sec- ond level: Alenka Daetz, Carmen Zamora, Caro- lina Escobar, José Antonio Pacheco and Silvia Tal- eno. I certainly couldn’t do it all alone! With the help of my neo-profes- sors, our radion- Lesson with Federico ics managed to arrive in Hondu- ras and then, with the work of Karla Mejia, also in El Salvador. We hope in the near future to bring radionics to Belize, Costa Rica and Panama.”

It was great follow- ing all this work and bringing our techniques to these far- away coun- tries, and also to be Dowsing tuition associated with them and learn from them—they are very special people, connected to nature, to energy, and they are all extraordinary natural healers. The students have been very creative. Some of them invented radionic devices, others curheal- ing patterns... $ and healing numbers (cosmic) to put in beds or in pockets. One student in particular had good results with children... and their parents! As part of the radionic instrumentation, we supply them with all sorts of diagrams, from the French ones to those of paper by doctor Don Gerrard at Sanjeevini. We # ' * * engineer friend Antonio Langone, where you can put rates, colours, patterns, various remedies, sounds and more. It’s cheap and it works very well! As for Italy, after the initial mistrust in 1995, where no one knew what radionics was and on top looked at you like a sorceress ready to give the evil eye, today we are witnessing a real boom. All wish to learn radionics, books full of diagrams are published, websites and FB pages on internet are being + ] the reference point for radionics in Italy. On our side there is our history (we are the oldest), our activities, our professional and serious school, and our constant attention to ethics too. All this is very much appreciated. I have never stopped learning and I went around the world always look-
20 ing for new explanations to the unsolved mysteries that radionics still offers! The accumulated background of teaching became remarkable especially compared to radiesthesia, that in USA has increased to incredible levels. In practice with the pendulum apart from analyzing, you can now do eve- rything. Turning it clockwise you might have a connection with spiritual guides, angels and other entities similar to this, treatments can be sent, you can cure, change situations, make energy cleaning, take off geopathies, move water veins under the houses or reactivate dry wells (that’s right, and I have learned to do it by myself, isn’t it amazing??? !!!). It‘s a fascinating method that underpins and helps the development and establishment of the practi- cal use of our mental power and our spirituality. For me, learning all this has been an important part of my own spiritual path. A few years ago I was in Vermont at the conference of the American dowsers (www.dowsers.org). This was an amazing experience, hundreds of people gathered in a college and so many speakers holding courses on the most diverse and fascinating things, from aliens to the runes, from the ‘use of radiestesia on archaeologi- _ +++ was me, and you have to keep in mind the fact that radionics was banned in the United States after the case of the great Ruth Drown and it seemed that 555 & ' % people or even ones bored by trite and hackneyed information but...they didn’t even know what I was talking about !!!! I don’t understand a lot about life but I do know that I’m a pioneer. I’m not a healer, not a shaman, I don’t have extrasensory perception, or dreams or ` & them in our world, I transmit new knowledge, I open new roads. I plant the seeds. Just think about the fact that this year at the American convention there was a radionics course! So, like a good pioneer I decided that we could expand and I included radiesthesia in the school program, and I renamed the association the ‘Ital- ian Society of Radionics and Radiesthesia’. Given the number of competitors I’ve decided to focus on quality and continuous innovation (which is my mission!). Our school is now divided into a technical radiesthetic diploma + { % * and the second one in two years and a half. It is getting more and more successful, partly because many are frightened by the instruments and the preparation needed to become a good radionic practitioner but they are peo- ple of value and they can do well without tools too, so they can get a prepa- ration and the ability to work with energy cleaning, radionics on paper and
21 much more (the levels of radiesthesia are 3 and include much teaching; from the Raymon Grace techniques, the fantastic dowser, American coach who is * % * % * 3 include the study and cleaning of past lives, the geopathies and their treat- ment, counseling and empowerment ). The school has always been recognised for its great seriousness and pro- fessionalism, and above all thanks to my international reputation, you feel to belong to something larger than just a partnership, but to a worldwide move- + { % * & % * ' access and the new ‘quantum’ culture: we are in the age of Aquarius!
School of Radionics We also have projects involving agriculture, many requests not only for treatments but especially to learn the techniques. Farmers have the desire to * * stay as far as possible from poisons. There is also our research area that sees the opportunity to use radionics for much more, like the preservation and assimilation of food to enhance sports performances, or to insert informa- tion on all different kinds of products and more. We are open to any sugges- tion, any exchange and cooperation! THIS IS THE FUTURE !!! The promotion of radionics in Italy continues as usual with articles on Facebook, with conferences around the country and not to forget our annual convention that attracts new people and allows the exchange of ideas and contacts. Next year, for example, it is going to be held in Rome on April 30. An Brazilian radionic practitioner will join us, Regia Prado who invented the

A representative of Biogeometry will also be there to discuss this with us (www. *+ " is emerging and that I am approaching with enthusiasm in my unrestrained pur- suit of the ‘whys’ and the ‘hows’...Ibrahim Karim,the founder, is an Egyptian archi- tect who discovered the secrets sought by French radiesthesia, Chaumery, de Belizal, Morel, Enel, the Servranx brothers and many others. In practice he discovered how to use the famous waves of form and what they are in a radionic diagram as well as a three-dimensional structure or in a pyra- mid or the universal pendulum. In Switzer- land an entire country was freed from harm- ful electromagnetic waves coming from a Telecom repeater placed on the bell tower only by using simple oddly shaped and really cheap objects...go and read it on their site ... Fantastic! I repeat: THIS is’THE FUTURE !!!

23 be one thing, our ability to create, to intervene on reality, to change our lives and the lives of others and the planet. When studying and researching for my report ‘Radionic Tools: Radionics vs Charts’ for our last year’s confer- ence in Bologna, I tried to research similarities and differences between the instruments of classical radionics (for example the instrument with knobs and radionic drawings on paper) and I found that there is not much dif- ference between them as both can act as health checkers or healing devices. Both, the knobs on the instrument and the grid on the drawing do nothing but divide the energies...to separate them and tune them. Isn’t it amazing ???
This summer I was in Crimea (Russia) in Feodosia, the Bronnikov Center following some courses. Vyacheslav Bronnikov is a Russian researcher who deals with human potential development, and he has collected all the knowl- edge from the East and West world and has reformulated it for contempo- rary man and for our times. His purpose is to form the cosmic man and to help the transition of our planet towards a new renaissance. His techniques 3 * } ~ # { and one of his students: ‘What the Tibetan monks learned in 10 years Bron- nikov makes you get it in 3 months.’
Centro Bronnikov As you can imagine he teaches many things. His spiritual teachings are based on geometric patterns that the mind doesn’t understand but some- thing inside you transposes them over time. He talks about every deep issue in the human constitution, about cosmic forces and their laws, and I per-
24 sonally admit that I cannot keep up with him, my brain can’t do it, it limps. I need to empty it from all the useless things that I put inside and that I can now replace. We went out in the garden of the center where there were * ] same forces he made you feel in your body. On the last day he carried out an experiment. People stood at the center of a star inscribed in circles and + & circle and I could feel a wall of energy. Then he changed those cards for oth- ers, and the feeling was now all in reverse, now it was like going upwards, it was all bright. Change of polarity? I don’t know, but I know that there there was a lot of wisdom. I really hope so much that this research can open for me the door of true knowledge of spirituality of geometry and mathematics...and the chance to bring heaven to earth and earth to heaven. Uuuhhhmmm.... perhaps I’m being too ambitious? Maybe I expect the next award by God Himself!!! Yes, radionics was and is a great adventure to me, it spiced up my life. And for this I am really grateful to the Radionic Association, as there everything started. So, THANK YOU so much!!!
25 Nobel Laureate Luc Montagnier Discovers EM Waves Emanating from DNA

The world famous virologist and Nobel laureate Luc Montagnier, (pictured at left) who discovered the AIDS virus, announced in December, 2010, that he had discovered that electromagnetic waves emanate from the highly diluted DNA of various pathogens. (1)(2) This is a highly significant finding that has implications for all scientists doing research in the life sciences, but especially research on microbes, subtle energy, radionics, homeopathy, water structure, and related subjects.
Montagnier published his findings in an article entitled “DNA Waves and Water”, which appeared in the well known publication, Journal of Physics: Conference Series. (2) But his mainstream colleagues relentlessly criticized his finding to such a degree that Montagnier left France for China to escape what he called the “intellectual terrorism” he faced in France, compared to the relative research freedom he would have in China, where his research on this subject matter was welcome. (1)
Montagnier continued his research on DNA emanations and later returned to France, where, in 2015, he published a related article entitled, “Transduction of DNA Information Through Water and Electromagnetic Waves.” The abstract of this article says that the experimental conditions are described by which electromagnetic signals of low frequency can be emitted by diluted aqueous solutions of some bacterial and viral DNAs . (3)
In addition, the article describes how the recorded electromagnetic waves and nanostructures induced in water carry the DNA information, and how that information can be retrieved from the DNA by classical PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) DNA amplification. Moreover, Montagnier tells that such a transduction process has also
26 been observed in living human cells exposed to electromagnetic waves. The article abstract goes on to say that Montagnier’s experiments suggest that coherent long range molecular interaction must be at work in water so to allow the observed features, and that quantum field theory analysis of the phenomenon is presented. (3)
These highly significant findings could explain in part the mechanism of how homeopathy works, as well as, the phenomenon of “water memory” observed by Jacques Benveniste (4)(5), and the “mitogenetic radiation” that was observed by Alexander Gurwitsch (pictured above) and others as early as the 1920s, but whose observations were, and have been, roundly denied and criticized by mainstream scientist from that time to the present. In order to do good psychotronics research of any kind, whether it involves radionics, radiesthesia, psionic medicine, dowsing, subtle energies, biophotons, or any other subject covered by psychotronics, ! access to as much of the periodical literature as possible on these subjects.
To address this issue, the U has resolved to identify and acquire every psychotronics related periodical that has ever been published anywhere in the world, and to retain copies in the USPA Library
As a first step, we have developed the following list of periodicals that focused on or frequently had articles on psychotronics related subjects. But this is only a preliminary list, and we know that there are probably more psychotronics periodicals that have been published, but that we do not yet know about.
So please look over the following list and check your own personal physical libraries and your computers to see if you have any issues of the periodicals on this list. Even if you just have one issue, please let us know, because that may be the one we need to complete all the issues of a particular periodical. Please write to me (John) at: [email protected], since I am the USPA librarian and archivist coordinating this effort, and tell me what periodicals you have.
As a whole, the members of USPA have a huge “library” of periodicals, but it just happens to be “distributed” among its members at this point in time. However, we can work together, and if you would be willing to loan, donate, xerox, or as a last resort, sell copies of your periodicals for the USPA Library, then we will be able to build a large centralized library of all psychotronics periodicals. And all USPA members will then be able to use these periodicals in their research or for their reading enjoyment.

Hart, who took over the College of Electronic Medicine after Abrams died in 1924. We have all issues from 1916-1923, but need all issues from 1925-1938. Psionic Medicine. Published by the Psionic Medical Society in the UK from 1969- around 1991. We need most issues. Radio Perception. This was the original title of the Journal of the British Society of Dowsers, which began in 1933 and was published under that name until around 1956, when its name was changed to the Journal of the British Society of Dowsers, and continues today under the name, Dowsing Today. We need all issues. Radiesthesia. Published by the Dowser’s Club of South Australia, and began in 1992. We need all issues. Radionics Journal: Published by the Radionics Association in England from 1954 through the present. We have a complete set of these from Vol. 1, no. 1 (1954), through 2005, but need all issues published after 2005.
Resonance: Newsletter of the Bioelectromagnetics Special Interest Group (BEM SIG) of American Mensa during the 1980s and 1990s. We have a complete set of this rare periodical; Subtle Energies and Energy Medicine: Published by the International Society for the Study of Subtle Energies and Energy Medicine (ISSSEEM) from 1990 through the present, with some interruptions. We have some, but need most of these. USPA Newsletter: Published by the United States Psychotronic Association from 1977 through present. We have a complete set.
30 USPA Local Groups and Affiliates Update
As mentioned in USPA Newsletter , one of our goals is to reactivate all of the former 24 USPA Chapters that once existed across the US and R. In addition, we plan to establish new local groups of people interested psychotronics and related subjects in other major cities in the US and other countries as well. All such local groups and affiliates will be independent, but will work together with the USPA in a mutually beneficial relationship to achieve our goals of advancing research and applications in psychotronics, radionics, subtle energy, and related fields.
So I would like to invite all of former USPA Chapters leaders and members to contact me (John Reed) at: [email protected] and let me know if you would like to help reactivate your local chapter. In addition, if you are a leader or member of a psychotronics or related organization which was never a chapter of USPA, and we would welcome you as a USPA affiliated organization as well.
We will be establishing a USPA affiliated groups as traditional organizations and also via the Meetup.com online group platform. This will enable current and former members to more easily have local get-togethers, meetings, and other activities, and those activities, times, and other details can be posted online. So please let me know if you would like to be the leader of a group in your area.
If you do decide to use Meetup.com to establish your local group, you could do it quickly and easily by going to www.meetup.com , and clicking on the big red word “Start” in the upper left, and then just following the step-by-step procedures. You can give your local group any name you want, but it should probably have a name that relates to psychotronics in some way. Bruce Copen MARS III for Sale
I am a current USPA member and have a Bruce Copen MARS lll for sale. The system is about 7 or 8 years old and in original, excellent condition. Sale includes original SCOPE analysis, database and broadcast software, HP laptop, comprehensive training manual and program disc, interconnects and boxes. I have always run it on XP with no issues; everything original as supplied by Copen. All operations can be automated and multiple broadcasts can be run simutaneously, although Copen saw to develop this device so it could be used in many radionic styles and without computer control. The price is $8500 USD roughly half the original cost. I prefer to not ship to a destination outside the USA. A limited amount of training by me, as I understand it, is available to a confirmed purchaser, as time and distance reasonably permit. 33 WHAT IS PSYCHOTRONICS?
The United States Psychotronics Association defines psychotronics as the science of mind- body-environment relationships, an interdisciplinary science concerned with the interactions of matter, energy, and consciousness. Psychotronics involves the study, research, and applications of the physics and technology of the mind, brain, spirit, consciousness, and the underlying forces of life and nature – hence the term “psychotronics”.
We believe that a true understanding of the universe must include the spiritual, as well as, the technical, and provide an opportunity for amateur researchers to present their findings along with the professionals. We stress research, with documentation of results, and practical applications, rather than personal experience and unsupported hypotheses.
Some Prominent People in the history of psychotronics research and application: Albert Abrams, Thomas Bearden, Robert C. Beck, Robert O. Becker, Jacques Benveniste, David Bohm, Harold Saxon Burr, George W. Crile, Ruth Drown, T. Galen Hieronymus, Vlail P. Kaznacheyev, Georges Lakhovsky, Wilhelm Reich, Royal R. Rife, Rupert Sheldrake, Nikola Tesla, Marcel Vogel, and others.
Some of the forces, fields, waves, and energies studied and researched in psychotronics include: bioelectromagnetism, biophotons, biopotentials, electromagnetic wave pollution and harmful effects; coherent emanations of DNA, emanations of matter, “free energy”, morphogenetic fields, non-hertzian waves, orgone energy, pyramid energy and power, qi (chi), quantum fields, scalar waves, subtle energies, ultra-weak radiation of living matter, zero-point energy, and others.
