To top the list, Howe has hired Whitewright's immediate past athletic director Wes Rhoten who stepped down from the position in December of 2014. Rhoten took the AD position at Whitewright in January of 2013 and was 5-16 as the head coach of the Tigers in his two seasons. In ironic fashion, Rhoten was selected by Whitewright as the AD and one of the other two finalists was Weimer's Zack Hudson.
