Senior Hurling and Camogie The Barefield senior hurling boys have enjoyed a great year. They have won the Division 2 Hurling championship taking home the Seán Harrington cup. The final was a fantastic game against a really determined N.S. team. The boys fought tremendously hard to come out on top after extra time on a scoreline of 2-8 to 2-6. Francis Meaney, the team captain, made a great speech and thanked his fellow teammates, coaches and supporters. Knockanean N.S., Ballyea N.S., N.S., N.S. and St.Aidan’s N.S.
