The parking garage is accessible by either Buick St. or Harry Agganis Way. There will be a cost to park in the garage. It is a short walk to the ticket booths at Nickerson Field. Tailgating is not allowed on the Boston University premises including the parking lots. The admission price will be $10 for Adults and $7 for Students and Senior Citizens. CASH or CHECK ONLY Per MIAA tournament policy there are no signs, balloons or noisemakers allowed at the venue. Program booklets will be available for each game at the ticket entrance. Concessions will be available in the pavilion under the grandstands. T‐shirts with the names of the student‐athletes on the back will be for sale by Team IP. They will be located in the Concession area. An awards ceremony will take place on the field following each game. The games are being streamed live by NFHS Network which can be accessed through the MIAA website. Boston University has produced scores of Olympians, a member of baseball’s Hall of Fame, several NBA players, and over 60 members of the NHL—more than any other American university. In recent years, our programs have dominated their conferences. Boston University captured the America East Conference Commissioner’s Cup, awarded to the school with the strongest athletic program, seven years in a row and ten times in the last eleven years. But just as important as these athletic accomplishments are the achievements of our students in the classroom and the community. In the past three years, they have put in more than 10,000 hours of community service. The graduation rate for BU student-athletes is 95 percent, and their cumulative grade point average is over 3.1. In 2012, we set a new record, with ten student-athletes receiving the prestigious Scarlet Key honor—the University’s highest recognition of outstanding scholarship, leadership in student activities, and service—and this year, another eight were honored.

Specifically, this study attempts to establish a logical expansion and adaptation of Bale’s Four-Stage Ideal-type on the Evolution of the Modern English Soccer Stadium appropriate for the history of professional baseball and football and that predicts future changes in American sport facilities. In essence, it is the author’s intention to provide a more coherent and comprehensive account of the evolving professional baseball and football sport facility and where it appears to be headed. This investigation concludes eight stages exist concerning the evolution of the professional baseball and football sport facility. Stages one through four primarily appeared before the beginning of the 20th century and existed as temporary structures which were small and cheaply built. Stages five and six materialize as the first permanent professional baseball and football facilities. Stage seven surfaces as a multi-purpose facility which attempted to accommodate both professional football and baseball equally.

The semifinals will be played on Saturday, March 5 with games at 12pm and 3pm, while the Championship Game will be played at 1pm on Sunday, March 6. The Championship Game will shown tape delayed on the New England Sports Network (NESN) at 4pm on Sunday, March 6. Boston University and Boston College will be the No. 1 and No. 2 seeds respectively for the semifinal round with first round byes in the tournament. BU will play the lowest remaining seed from the quarterfinal and BC will play the highest remaining seed. All series begin on Friday and are best of three series in the quarterfinal round of the playoffs. All quarterfinal games will begin at 7 p.m., except for the NESN game on Saturday night, which begins at 7:30 p.m (UMass at NU). No. 1 seed Boston University (27-5-4, 18-5-4 HEA) will host No. 8 Maine (12-20-4, 7-17-3 HEA) at Agganis Arena in Boston. The Terriers won the season series with the Black Bears, 2-0-1.
