We had sincerely planned to have the board meeting on 31st July, 2020 for submission of financial results. We wish to inform you that due to the current prevailing situation on account of the COVID-19 pandemic, our registered office situated at Armenian Street, Chennai falls under the containment zone being Royapuram which is No.1 in the affected COVID patients in the district of Chennai from the date of identification of the affected persons, our office remains closed since 23rd March, 2020 and further we are not allowed to enter our office until the ban is lifted. Further to this, the State Government had imposed a COMPLETE LOCKDOWN for the district of Chennai effective 19th June, 2020 to 30th June, 2020, we could not have access to reach office to produce the statutory records and books which are required to be submitted to the auditors for completing the audit process and the auditors from various locations are also unable to reach the office for conducting the required audit formalities to form an opinion for the other entities whose financial results are to be consolidated, we are experiencing great difficulties in completing the processes and submit the audited financial results to the Exchanges in accordance with Regulation 33 of the LODR Regulations on or before 31st July, 2020. Further to this, we will be facing much difficulty in collating and circulating the papers among the directors who are to be well informed prior to the board meeting since will be having only limited access to extend the required facilities. We shall be able to complete the audit requirements, once the situation improves and the ban on containment zone is lifted for our registered office area and accordingly we shall notify the exchange on the date for the approval of the financial statements by the Board. Considering the extra-ordinary difficult situation that prevails on account of the COVID-19 pandemic, we request you to kindly grant us extension of time from submitting the audited financial results beyond 31st July, 2020 until 14th August, 2020 by which time, we shall take all our earnest efforts to comply with Regulation 33 of the SEBI [LODR] Regulations, 2015.
