投稿類別:商業類篇名: 開始玩windows Phone 作者: 許騰屯 開始玩 Windows Phone 投稿類別:商業類 篇名: 開始玩 Windows Phone 作者: 許騰屯。大德工商。資料處理科高三甲班 詹柏廷。大德工商。資料處理科高三甲班 王士誠。大德工商。資料處理科高三甲班 指導老師: 林永昌老師 徐鳳翎老師 開始玩 Windows Phone 壹●前言 一、研究動機 在全球智慧產業潮流帶動之下,手機產業也開始有了重大轉變,這樣的轉變,不僅帶動無限 商機,也讓我們對手機的應用有了嶄新的方法,面對這樣的市場,除了硬體本身的加強,作 業系統更是不能馬虎,也因此讓我們想了解Windows Phone與各廠商間作業系統的差異, 以及Windows Phone 到底有什麼樣特點,能夠與其他廠商的系統勢均力敵。 二、研究目的 ( 一 ) 探討Windows Phone 的發展歷史 ( 二 ) 探討Windows Phone 的SWOT 、4P 分析 ( 三 ) 比較Windows Phone 作業系統與蘋果iOS 、Android 作業系統之間的差異 ( 四 ) 提供分析數據,以利業者作為系統發展之考量 三、研究方法:以文獻探討法與問卷調查法為主。 四、研究流程 壹、前言 貳、正文 參、結論 確 搜 問 定 研 集 卷 研 究 資 調 研 究 目 料 查 究 題 的 與 與 結 與 目 文 資 論 及 方 獻 料 動 法 探 分 機 討 析 1 開始玩 Windows Phone 貳●正文 一、手機作業系統介紹 Windows Phone 7 是一個由微軟製作並發行的觸控操作 模式行動作業系統。微軟在發行這個作業系統時,主要的銷 售對象是一般的消費市場,而非以前版本所瞄準的企業市場。 iOS 是由蘋果公司為iPhone 開發的作業系統。它主要是給 iPhone 、iPod touch 、iPad 以及Apple TV 使用。 Android 是一種以Linux 為基礎的開放原始碼作業系統,主 要使用於便攜裝置。Android 作業系統最初由Andy Rubin 創辦,最初只支援手機。2005 年由Google 收購注資,並拉 攏多家製造商組成開放手機聯盟開發改良,逐漸擴充功能到 到平板電腦及其他領域上。 二、Windows Phone 名詞定義 Windows Phone 是一個由微軟製作並發行的觸控操作模式行動作業系統(開發代號為 Photon )。這個版本是微軟行動作業系統的重要升級,而原本針對測試者的測試版預計於 2009 年11 月就要釋出。在最初的計劃中,它的正式版預計是在2009 年發行,但是許多方面 的延遲使得微軟決定先用Windows Mobile 6.5 來過渡。這個版本改進了原本的使用者介 面、多點觸控功能以及運動感應功能,而MWg 和HTC 等公司都已經推出了數款適用於 Windows Phone 的觸控式手機。主要的新功能包括了重新設計的介面、新版本的Microsoft Office Mobile 、Internet Explorer Mobile 和Windows Media Player 、以及具有加速度 感應的手勢功能。Windows Phone 7 曾於2010 年2月16 日更名為「Windows Phone 7 Series 」,其後再於4月2日取消「Series 」,改回「Windows Phone 7 」。 三、Windows Phone 發展歷史 在面對 iPhone 、Android 與 RIM 的強勢挑戰下,Windows Mobile 市佔率節節敗 退,雖然在去年十月中盛大發表了 Windows Mobile 6.5 ,雖然強化了觸控、加入了蜂巢式 介面、多項新功能與新版 IE 瀏覽器,不過換湯不換藥、不夠穩定的作業系統,卻無法吸引 使用者的青睞,過程中更傳出 Microsoft 有意放棄手機作業系統的市場的小道消息。不過, 2 開始玩 Windows Phone 畢竟『三螢一雲』是近年來微軟相當重要的戰略方向,智慧型手機在這個戰略方向中佔著相 當重要的一個角色,且智慧型手機市場還有許多成長的空間,且 Microsoft 領導市場、訂定 標準的野心也從來沒有消失。 在面對各方來的壓力與挑戰下,終於 Microsoft 在 2010 年 2 月 15 日於 MWC 2010 大會中公佈 Windows Mobile 的下一代作業系統版本,並且將這次產品名稱更拋棄 了以往使用 Windows Mobile 的傳統,重新命名為 Windows Phone 7 ,並且熱烈期待這 次的 Windows Phone 7 可以複製老大哥 Windows 7 從 Vista 的失敗中重新翻身的經 驗。 四、Windows Phone 系統與功能介紹 Live Tile 是出現在 Windows Phone 7 (以下簡稱『WP7 』)新的一個概 念,這是微軟的 Metro 概念,是 Zune 的招牌設計。 動態磚 即使 WP7 是在鎖定模式下,仍然支援動態磚更新。Mango 中的應用程式 可以支援多個動態磚。 輸入 WP7 支援虛擬鍵盤。複製貼上功能在 Nodo ( 更新代號)已經可以支援。 People Hub 是 WP7 手機整合的一項功能,可使用戶通過社交網站與朋友 訊息中心 聯繫。目前 Facebook 已經完全與 WP7 整合。 WP7 系統內建了IE7 瀏覽器,但不支援Flash 以及 Silverlight 。芒果更新整 瀏覽器 合 IE9, 並使用 Trident 5.0 引擎,包括硬體加速。 郵件 WP7 支援 Hotmail, Outlook, Yahoo! Mail, Gmail. WP7 不 只 是 一 支 手 機 ,更是一個集結了娛樂影音的多功能裝置 。 多媒體 Gamescom 2010 會議上,微軟公布了首批 WP7 遊戲,從而宣布了 Xbox Live 真正的整合到了 WP7 上。 WP7 中預設 Bing 搜尋引擎。WP7 Mango 系統還將包含 MSN 和圖片搜 尋等功能。Local Scout 應用程式示範如何透過根據使用者所在地點自動建 搜尋 議飯店、購物場所和相關活動。Bing Vision 是另一個功能,它允許使用者 透過拍照來購買圖書,搜尋引擎會幫你找到關於價格。 多工運作 芒果更新後加入多工切換,使用者可在 5 個應用程式間進行切換。 WP7 內鍵 TellMe 語音辨識系統,用戶可以使用該功能啟動 APP 、搜尋網 語音服務 頁或撥打電話,當然,只要用說的就可以了。 WP7 支援 QR code 快速掃描,此外也可以掃描任何語言進行多達 30 種 掃描功能 語言的翻譯,另外也支援音樂搜尋功能。 註:維基百科 3 開始玩 Windows Phone 五、Windows Phone 的SWOT 分析 Strengths :優勢 Weaknesses :劣勢 全新的Windows phone 更可串聯MSN 聯 不過上市初期,由於不支援中文介面及輸入 絡人互動,甚至可同步整合Facebook 、推 、沒有藍牙傳輸、沒有複製貼上、瀏覽器橫 特(Twitter )、噗浪等熱門社群網站,這都 向不能輸入網址等等一大堆問題之下,市場 是蘋果、Google 手機所沒有的優勢。 反應著實一般。 Opportunities :機會 Threats :威脅 對於新興市場,微軟打算用WM 6.5 與WP7 全新Windows phone 手機備份服務,可從 低階版,但是低價手機市場已經被Nokia 、 雲端儲存空間找回手機之前的通訊錄、簡訊 Samsung 吃光光,就算是智慧型手機,也 、照片等珍貴資料。 有來勢洶洶的平價版Android 。 六、行銷4P 分析 Windows Phone 為了搶攻最大市場佔有率,即將於在年底前搭配手機業者 產品策略 的產品上市,微軟並非單純更新2002 年誕生的Windows Mobile 軟體,而 (Product) 是決定從頭開始。結果是與前幾代Windows Mobile 完全不同的外觀和感 受。 Windows Phone 採用介於 500 到 600 美元之高單價價格策略。規格為 價格策略 WVGA 解析度的電容式螢幕、至少有 500 萬畫素起跳的手機、WWAN 連 (Price) 線、WiFi 與藍牙,今年微軟亦將開始規畫低價 Windows Phone ,打算在 主要市場與現有的領導者一較高下。 Windows phone 採搭配門號為副產品之促銷策略推廣。強調具有多工作業 推廣策略 並支援手機雲端服務,還可連結社交、圖片、遊戲、音樂/影片、應用程式 (Promotion) 市集與辦公室軟體服務。包括HP 、HTC 、三星、Sony Ericsson 、Toshiba 與Garmin-Asus 等業者未來都將推出Windows Phone 7 手機。 Windows phone 的通路策略為與國內手機代理領導品牌神腦國際合作, 通路策略 在全台 217 家中華電信特約服務中心 ( 神腦國際) 掛上 Windows 7 及 (Place) Windows phone 的雙面圓型店招,並在最熱門的 10 個神腦門市據點打 造 Windows 體驗專區,以拉近與消費者的互動。 4 開始玩 Windows Phone 七、Windows Phone 與其他作業系統的比較 作業系統 Windows Phone IOS Android 軟體公司 Microsoft Apple Google 內建瀏覽器 Internet Explorer 9 Safari Chrome Lite 系統環境 封閉式 封閉式 開放式 資料同步軟體 Zune Software iTunes 手機連接電腦即可 程式語言 Silverlight , C++ Objective C Java 開發工具 Visual Studio 2010 Xcode Eclipse IDE Android SDK Visual Studio 2010 Java Development iPhone SDK 所需軟體 Express Kit 6.0 Mac OS 10.5 XNA Game Studio Eclipse IDE for Java Developers 資料庫 SQLite SQLite SQLite Windows Phone 軟體平台 App Store Android Market Marketplace 軟體費用 付費 付費 免費 註冊軟體開發人 99 美元 / 年 99 美元 / 年 25 美元 / 年 員費用 上架審核機制 嚴格 嚴格 輕鬆 軟體銷售後 70% 開發人員 70% 開發人員 70% 開發人員 所得比例 30% Microsoft 30% Apple 30% 當地電信商 資料來源:本小組自行整理。 從上方的表格發現,Windows Phone 內建瀏覽器是使用 Internet Explorer 9 ,雖 然在電腦上的 IE 8 或更早的版本給大部分使用者很不好的經驗,但是 Windows Phone 內建的瀏覽器 IE 9 跟電腦上的 IE 9 有改善許多。 應用程式一直是大家最注意的地方,Windows Phone 的應用程式上架方式採封閉測試 模式,也就是開發人員在決定應用程式是否要上架之前,會先經過封閉測試,這模式可以讓 開發人員在 90 天內邀請 100 名以內的 Windows Phone 的使用者參加測試,來決定該應 5 開始玩 Windows Phone 用程式是否有一定的品質,這也可以避免消費者花錢購買應用程式,而應用程式什麼功能也 沒有的問題。 七、問卷分析 (一)基本資料分析 本研究實際發給 215 位消費者作問卷調查,合計共發出 215 份問卷,回收 215 份,有 效問卷 200 份,無效問卷 15 份,故有效回收率 93.02%,問卷目的在於瞭解對的認識作為 研究。經彙整受訪者基本資料如下(如表所示,該問題選項占百分比最高者以■表示,其餘 以□表示) 1. 性別 ■男 52% □女 48% 2. 年齡 □16 歲以下 9% □16~19 歲 29% ■19~30 歲 39% □30~45 歲 19% □45 歲以上 4% (二)問卷內容分析 1. 受訪者一天花多少時間在手機上? 分析: 根據左圖數據表示,受訪者一天使用手 機 3~5 小時(36%) 居多,其次是 3 小時以 內(33%) 、5~9 小時(23%) 、9 小時以上 (8%) 。 2. 受訪者是否持有智慧型手機? 分析: 根據左圖數據表示,持有智慧型手機的 使用者只有 36%,沒有則占 64%。 6 開始玩 Windows Phone 3. 受訪者使用智慧型手機,是否覺得生活會更加便利? 分析: 根據左圖數據表示,受訪者使用智慧型 手機有 82%覺得生活更便利,覺得不方便則 18%。 4. 受訪者是否聽過 Windows Phone ? 分析: 根 據 左 圖 數 據 表 示 , 受 訪 者 不 認 知 Windows Phone 有高達 65%,認識則有 35%,不認識則跳過下題直接答第 7 題。 5. 受訪者是否使用過 Windows Phone ? 分析: 接上題,根據左圖數據表示,以第四題 的知道(35%) 來分析,從未使用 Windows Phone 有 高 達 76% , 其 他 依 次 , 很 少 (12%) 、偶爾(8%) 、常常(4%) 。 6. 受訪者對 Windows Phone 的評價: 分析: 接上題,根據左圖數據表示,以第四題 的知道(35%) 來分析,對 Windows Phone 滿意的評價有 68%,其餘普通(24%) 、不 滿意(8%) 。 7 開始玩 Windows Phone 7. 下列哪些因素會影響受訪者對使用智慧型手機之意願?(可複選) 分析: 根據左圖數據表示,受訪者 200 人對使 用智慧型的意願在合理價格有 168 人,其他 依次為追隨流行 162 人、便利性 156 人、 操作簡易 151 人、生活普及 95 人。 8. 受訪者使用 Windows Phone 會做哪些事:(可複選) 分析: 根據左圖數據表示,受訪者 200 人在玩 遊戲有 163 人是必做的事,其次看新聞 119 人、上網聊天 105 人。 9. 若推出搭載Windows Phone 產品的手機受訪者能接受的價格為? 分析: 根據左圖數據表示,受訪者願意接受產 品價格為 1 萬元以下(71%) 居多,其次為 1~2 萬(22%) 、2~3 萬(5%) 、3 萬元以上 (2%) 。 10. 經過此問卷受訪者對於 Windows Phone 服務是否有嘗試意願? 分析: 根據左圖數據表示,受訪者願意嘗試 Windows Phone 占 71% , 考 慮 則 占 20%,不會占 9%。 8 開始玩 Windows Phone 叁●結論與建議 一、研究結論 隨著智慧型手機的蓬勃發展,讓我們對手機的應用有了嶄新的方法,本文想了解Windows Phone 與其他作業系統之差異,以及它的特點。所以,利用文獻探討與問卷調查進行研究, 首先,探討Windows Phone 的發展歷史;再者,進行SWOT 及4P 分析;然後,比較Windows Phone 作業系統與蘋果iOS 、Android 作業系統之差異;最後,針對215 位消費者發放問卷調 查,依照問卷結果做數據分析,得到以下結論: 1. 受訪者每日使用手機時間3-5小時佔39%最多,其次為3小時以下佔33%。 2. 受訪者持有智慧型手機為36%較少,無智慧型手機64%較多。 3. 受訪者使用智慧型手機是否覺得更便利,是(82%) 否(12%) ,受訪者對智慧型手機使用 都覺得相當便利。 4. 受訪者使用智慧型手機的意願中以價格合理最高,其次為追隨流行。 5. 受訪者認為若搭載Windows Phone 作業系統手機,其接受價格在一萬元以下(71%) 最 高,其次一萬到兩萬之間(22%) 次高。 二、研究建議 經由問卷分析得知受訪者持有智慧比例約為 36%較少,可知受訪者持有智慧型手機的比 例並不高,仍有 64%受訪者並沒有智慧型手機,因此業者能多廣告以增加銷售量,在價格方 面,受訪者能接受智慧型手機價格一萬元以下佔 71%最高,其次為一萬至兩萬之間,因此業 者如果能夠降低智慧型手機的價格或是與電信業者合作推出折價方案,將有助於銷售量之提 升,然而,在搭載 Windows Phone 手機嘗試使用方面,願意嘗試使用的受訪者約 71%, 可見 Windows Phone 作業系統在受訪者心中,確實是個良好的作業系統,可惜的是受訪者 在 Windows Phone 上的認知度並不高,知道 Windows Phone 作業系統的受訪者約佔 35%,不知道比例約佔 65%,可見業者在 Windows Phone 推廣方面並不是那麼成功,所 以業者如果能夠多加利用新聞媒體以及報章雜誌推廣此系統,以增加曝光率,將有助於產品 的認知度之提升。 肆●引註資料 註一:維基百科。2011.11.03 。http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_Phone 註二:黃保翕 (2011) 。《 Windows Phone 開發實戰 》。悅知文化。 9 開始玩 Windows Phone 註三:我愛Windows Phone 。2011.11.07 。http://ilovewp.pixnet.net/blog 註四:行銷4P 分析。取自2011.11.07 。http://www.ithome.com.tw/itadm/article.php?c=65933 註五:PCuSER 研究室 (2010) 。《 Windows Phone 觸控手機應用密技大全 》。PCuSER 電腦人文化。 10 .
