The impacts of the proposed development on the sensitive area of Galway Bay, its legally protected species and Habitats, have not been Appropriately Assessed as required by law. Ihave not been properly informed and Ihave not been consulted and included in the decision making process with regard to this application as required under the Aarhus Convention.
