This seminar will be held at Jaipur from 27th Feb to 1st March, 2017. Prime aim of the seminar is to develop Standard Ayurvedic Terminology which can be unanimously accepted. Preliminary work in this regard has already been done in which 1669 words have been screened and defined. During the event, work done previously will be reviewed and standardized. Guest lectures by eminent personalities related to work will also be presented. GROUPING OF PARTICIPANTS We have formed main 5 groups and in each main group there are around 7 sub-groups. Each sub- group consists of two participants. Participant list stating your group, sub-group and serial number/code of technical terms allotted to you has been enclosed with this mail. HOW YOU HAVE TO WORK You are supposed to work on provided Google sheet. The link to Google sheet will be provided to you. Open the invitation mail and click on Open in Sheets. After opening of sheet, go through it. Find out the set of technical terms allotted to you. (You can search by serial number/code number). If you are participant 1 in your sub-group make changes in work area provided for participant 1 and if you are participant 2, make changes in space provided for participant 2 in Google sheet(For clarification see example given below). Technical terms with Code, Meaning/Definition and Descriptions have already been added in the sheet by the team for your ease. Analyze the terms and their meaning, definition, description carefully. If you want to change, delete or add in the given term then make changes online in the column provided to you so that changes can be seen by all. Column is given according to your participant code as mentioned earlier. So make sure you work in your column and you make changes in front of set of technical terms provided to you. Do not make any changes in the columns provided by the team. Example If participant ‘X’ is Sub-group A-1 and participant ‘Y’ is A-2 and serial no. of technical terms provided is - 36-81, then both participants have to work on 40 terms separately but they will enter their works as depicted below :- Check your Sl.
