(2) RECOMMENDATIONS.—The strategy shall include recommendations for coordination with international partners. (b) USE OF THE STRATEGY.—The Administrator shall use the strategy developed under subsection (a) in planning and funding research and other activities and initiatives in the field of Astrobiology. -
