Piercings are unique, personal, and can be placed almost anywhere on the body. The most common types of appropriate jewelry for the various placements available are described in this Piercing Pamphlet. Suggestions are also made as to the most appropriate types for jewelry used for the various parts of the body. It is strongly advised, regardless of the placement of the piercings, to always be pierced by a professional, using a hollow needle, and not a piercing gun.
