To our customers,

Our thoughts remain with you and your families during this uncertain time.

With a proposed roadmap for re-openings in England we wanted to update you with regards our support for trade.

The current proposal states that outdoor trading could be permitted from 12th April and indoor trading from 17th May (both dates are subject to change based on COVID data)

Below are a number of updates from Group. Please note that these updates apply to our full portfolio, including Brewery. For any questions specifically on Camden please reach out to your Budweiser Brewing Group contact as you would for our other beer brands

Updated Terms:

Stock Management

In Date Sealed Kegs: You may be in the position of having sealed kegs in your cellars which will be in date until May 31st 2021. The criteria we use to define the shelf life of our means that all in date sealed kegs will be of high-quality and suitable to drink when the lockdown lifts. If you have this stock in outlets then please utilize it.

Out of Date Sealed Kegs at Outlets: You may be in the position of having sealed kegs in your cellars which have gone out of date or will do so before May 31st 2021 (two weeks post indoor reopening), In this instance Budweiser Brewing Group will be honoring keg credits currently proposed via (https://www.returnyourbeer.co.uk/) keg disposal with waterboard authority. However, if you will be opening your outlet for outside space between 12th April and May 31st and have in date kegs please sell them through. (We reserve the right to refuse keg claims from outlets that had in date stock destroyed but have purchased new stock before the kegs were out of date)

Proposed methodology for keg destruction: • If you have a managed or leased operation please speak to your Budweiser Brewing Group contact to help onboarding to the Return Your Beer website process. • Outlets register individual details on the returnyourbeer.co.uk website and load individual keg details to the website • Budweiser Brewing Group audits the correct information has been uploaded to this stage and grants approval for destruction • Destruction proof is added to the website then the final data is audited by Budweiser Brewing Group and the supplying distributor • Budweiser Brewing Group credits distributor for final approved kegs on a monthly basis • Distributor passes through credits to end customer

Broached Kegs: we have made the decision not to offer a duty reclaim service due to the fact that advance notice of closures was given to ensure open stock was utilized before the hospitality closing date and up until the restrictions taking effect from 05.01.21 alcohol takeaway services were in place.

We hope you and your families remain well, and we look forward to speaking with you soon
