Regulamin „BLACK WEEK” REGULAMIN PROMOCJI (dalej "Regulamin") Regulamin „BLACK WEEK” § 1. Postanowienia ogólne 1. „Organizatorem promocji” pod nazwą „BLACK WEEK” („Promocja”) jest AB FOTO Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Warszawie 02-486, Al. Jerozolimskie 176, NIP 1132646403, BDO 000116937, REGON 140796039, Sąd Rejonowy dla M. ST. Warszawy w Warszawie XIII Wydział Gospodarczy KRS nr 0000271999, wysokość kapitału zakładowego : 1 500 000,00 PLN 2. „Promocja” przeznaczona jest dla osób zamieszkałych na terenie Polski, będących konsumentami w rozumieniu art. 22(1) k.c., którzy spełniają warunki niniejszego regulaminu („Uczestnik promocji”). § 2. Czas trwania i miejsce „Promocji” 1. „Promocja” trwa od 19 do 26 listopada 2020r. (do godz. 15.55) w sklepie internetowym www.abfoto.pl. § 3. Zasady „Promocji” 1. „Promocją” objęte są wybrane produkty kategorii FOTO, IT, SMARTFONY, NARZĘDZIA, MAŁE AGD i RTV 2. „Uczestnik promocji” decydujący się na zakup produktu objętego promocją otrzymuje rabat specjalny, który będzie odjęty od standardowej ceny produktu. 3. Na czas promocji, w sklepie internetowym www.abfoto.pl, ceny produktów promocyjnych zostały obniżone. 4. „Organizator promocji” zastrzega sobie prawo do anulowania zamówień hurtowych przeznaczonych do dalszej odsprzedaży. 5.
