This year’s Flower Show was the first, for at least ten years, in which Bill and Pauline Crook haven’t been involved. Like many Shows, etc., experience and hard work are the main ingredients when it comes to promoting as such. Sue Lowndes-Tunn and Sheila Cleary organised this year’s show for the first time and were very successful in laying out flowers, vegetables, fruit, jam and cakes.
