The good news is that on Feb. 20, Judge Joyce ruled that the ballot wording that Sec. of State Robin Carnahan wrote was indeed unfair and misleading, and Judge Joyce rewrote the ballot wording.

The opponents then filed a stay and an appeal. With all of the lawsuits, the time is really getting short to be able to get the number of signatures that are needed in order to be on the ballot in November, AD2008.
