For the Palestine Monetary Authority, the registrant provided legal advice as well as assistance with compliance with anti-money laundering and economic sanctions laws and regulations and with strengthening the relationship between the Palestine Monetary Authority and the U.S. Government and U.S. correspondent banks. The registrant’s political activities are set forth in Question No. 12.

The registrant did not engage in activities on behalf of the Azerbaijan Railways CJSC, Government of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, or Innovation Norway during this reporting period
