AKTA PENGANGKUTAN JALAN 1987 (Akta 333) PERINTAH PENGANGKUTAN JALAN (LARANGAN PEMANDUAN KENDERAAN BERAT) (MAJLIS PERBANDARAN SUBANG JAYA) 2012 BAHAWASANYA melalui Pemberitahuan No. 2413 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Selangor bertarikh 21 Jun 2012, notis telah diberikan mengenai cadangan untuk membuat suatu perintah di bawah subseksyen 70(2) Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 [Akta 333]; DAN BAHAWASANYA tiada apa-apa bantahan yang diterima oleh Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya terhadap pembuatan perintah itu: MAKA OLEH YANG DEMIKIAN, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 70(1) Akta itu, Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya, setelah berunding dengan Ketua Pengarah bagi Pengangkutan Jalan dan setelah memberi pertimbangan kepada perkara-perkara yang disebut dalam subseksyen 70(2) Akta itu, membuat perintah berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa 1. (1) Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Pengangkutan Jalan (Larangan Pemanduan Kenderaan Berat) (Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya) 2012. (2) Perintah ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 1 Oktober 2012. Sel. P.U. 99. 406 Larangan 2. Pemanduan kenderaan berat yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual Pertama di atas jalan yang dinyatakan di dalam ruang (2) Jadual Pertama bagi tempoh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3) Jadual Pertama adalah dilarang. Pengecualian 3. Kenderaan yang menjadi harta Kerajaan Persekutuan atau Kerajaan Negeri atau mana-mana pihak berkuasa tempatan atau badan berkanun yang menjalankan kuasa yang terletak hak padanya oleh undang-undang Persekutuan atau undang-undang Negeri dikecualikan daripada peruntukan Perintah ini. P.U. 99. 408 ROAD TRANSPORT ACT 1987 (Act 333) ROAD TRANSPORT (PROHIBITION ON THE DRIVING OF HEAVY VEHICLES) (SUBANG JAYA MUNICIPAL COUNCIL) ORDER 2012 WHEREAS by notification No. 2413 published in the Government of Selangor Gazette on 21 June 2012, notice was given of the intention to make an order under subsection 70(2) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333]; AND WHEREAS no objection was received by the Municipal Council Subang Jaya against the making of such order: NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 70(1) of the Act, the Municipal Council of Subang Jaya after consultation with the Director General for Road Transport and after taking into consideration the matters referred to in subsection 70(2) of the Act, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1. (1) This order may be cited as the Road Transport (Prohibition on the Driving of Heavy Vehicles) (Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya) Order 2012. (2) This Order comes into operation on 1 October 2012. Prohibition 2. The driving of heavy vehicles in column (1) of the First Schedule on the road specified in column (2) of the First Schedule as shown in the map in Second Schedule for the period specified in column (3) of the First Schedule is prohibited. Exemption 3. Vehicles which are the property of the Federal Government or State Government or of any local authority or statutory body exercising powers vested in it by Federal or State law are exempted from the provisions of this Order.
