SEVENTIETH DAY Hall of the House of Representatives, Columbus, Thursday, June 13, 2019, 9:00 o'clock a.m. The House met pursuant to adjournment. Prayer was offered by Pastor Tad Grover of the Community United Methodist Church in Circleville, Ohio, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. The following guests of the House of Representatives were recognized prior to the commencement of business: Megan Friling and Abigail Smeltzer, guests of Representative Robinson-6th district. Garrett and Suzanne Brown (family) and Abdulla Chaudry, guests of Representative Brown-20th district. Parker Wilkin, the daughter of Representative Wilkin-91st district. Debbie Scherer (wife) and Janet Grover, guests of Representative Scherer- 92nd district. The journal of yesterday was read and approved.

To enact section 107.64 of the Revised Code to establish the Governor's Office of Drug Policy and to make an appropriation, was taken up for consideration the third time.
