There was a moment of silence. RECOGNITION Three Marion Community School students were recognized for being academic winners in a statewide contest sponsored by Apangea Learning. Patricia Manio, 8th grade student at McCulloch Junior High School and Janet Huffman, also an 8th grade student at McCulloch, and Noah McBee, a 5th grade student at Justice Intermediate School were recognized.

This time has gone extremely fast. It is important that students complete Sept. 28 – Spirit Week the following components to be successful not only here at Mississinewa High School Oct. 1 Oct. 2 Homecoming but in life: Oct.5 School Board • Come to school every day Mtg. • Be on time to class Oct. 8 Underclass • Be attentive in class Picture Re-takes • Complete work and turn it in Oct. 12 School Board Mtg. • Have a positive attitude and good behavior in the classroom, the hallways, and Oct. 13 Band Booster the cafeteria.
