Hardcore mob Lock & Key are ready to tear 2016 a new one with their debut full-length release, “Peaceless”. Records rarely get angrier than this, and “Peaceless” is a blistering sub-40 minute, no-holds barred barrage of the finest melodic, metallic hardcore. Recorded with Nathan Smith (Malevolence, Napoleon, Martyr Defiled and more), the thumping tracklist of “Peaceless” is supported by a hugely accomplished production which leaves a huge and lasting impression. From the eerily deliberate pacing of opener “Hostile” through to the melodic highs and majestic finale of “Dead Prayers”, “Peaceless” is an album to get the blood pumped over and over again. Not without moments of controversy (“No Acceptance” centred on the band being musically outcast), this new record from Lock”& Key is the perfect cocktail of bitter anger and chest- thumping, uplifting hardcore. The EDM duo known as Snakehips has announced their second EP with Sony Music Entertainment “All My Friends” will be released on April 15, 2016. The EP gets its title from Snakehips” breakout single “All My Friends” which features Chance The Rapper and Tinashe. The new EP additionally contains features from Anderson .Paak, Tory Lanez and Malika. The EP should hold fans over for now, but with the increasing success of their single it won”t be long until fans start wanting an album from the group.
