This year, P.S. 11 is a showcase school. Three times a year, princi- pals and teachers from other NYC schools visit P.S. 11 and learn from chosen students, called ambassa- dors, about the amazing wonders of P.S. 11. There are only 26 schools chosen out of all schools in New York City. Each showcase school has a focus area. P.S. 11’s focus area is Em- powering Students and Teachers.
