Under Federal law & due to special marine safety construction guidelines, USCG-regulated small vessels are not subject to land-based architectural configuration requirements. Although we do our best to accommodate those with special mobility needs consistent with our vessel capabilities, staffing & the docking space (which is publicly owned & controlled), we can do a better job with advance notice via phone or email at (847)-358-1330 or www.cruisechicago.com/contact-us

Please Note: The Family Pavilion, which houses several restaurants, retail shops, kiosks and more, has seen tremendous success over the years with the help of the Pier’s longstanding partners that have occupied it. Now, the space is set to complement those experiences and showcase a bold, contemporary design to match the new Food Experience that opened last summer. Drawing on Chicago authenticity, the renovation will also enhance the guest experience, with improved features and new partnerships to better accommodate guests as they explore the Pier and take advantage of the diverse offerings in the Family Pavilion. The Guest Services Kiosk has been relocated to the vestibule in between the doors near Giordano’s. The guest services information desk has been moved near the McDonald’s entrance. Both will remain open during construction.

The Guest Services Desk is staffed from: Sun – Thurs: 10am – 8pm Fri & Sat: 10am – 10pm
