Jevon McGlory’s first single, the Euro-Dance Hit “He Said” with Cycle Records, dropped in 2003. Once he returned home from half a year overseas promoting the record, he began opening for Smokey Robinson, the late Natalie Cole, Al Green and the wonderful Aretha Franklin. Jevon now is focused on finishing his 2nd record, “Expansion.”

This powerhouse vocalist with a sassy stage presence has rocked stages around the U.S. and internationally in Italy, Singapore, and Greece to name a few. Sydney has expand- ed her talent to song writing and production. Her new EP entitled “You Could” was written and produced by Sydney.

Jeremy has appeared with many great artists, including Jimmy Cobb, Jimmy Heath, Louis Hayes, Gary Bartz and Javon Jackson, and he performs regularly at New York City’s top jazz clubs, including the Village Vanguard, Dizzy’s, Smalls, Smoke, the Iridium and the Blue Note.To date he has released 5 records as a leader, which spotlight his work as a composer, arranger and bandleader.

Sugar Joans has been working professionally since childhood, when she was hired as a vocalist for commercials. In 2014, she appeared on “The Voice” as part of Team Pharrell. Sugar released “NVR,” her first album as a recording artist, in 2015.

Katie Ferrara is a singer/ from Los Angeles, CA. Making regular appearances at the 3rd Street Santa Monica Promenade, Melrose Trading Post, Downtown Burbank and various farmer’s markets in Los Angeles, Katie has carved a name for herself in the streets of her hometown as a street performer. This past year Katie teamed up with singer/songwriter and producer, Patrick Joseph to co-produce her debut EP which was released last October.

Max Haymer was born and raised in Los Angeles. He began his classical studies at the age of seven and was introduced to jazz piano at 14. He has now performed with many amazing artists, including Arturo Sandoval, Mike Stern, Denise Donatelli, Greg Hutchinson, Bill Holman, Crystal Bowersox, Mike Clark, Bob Francheschini, Cindy Blackman and Joel Frahm.

The talented singer, songwriter, actress, DJ born in Port Arthur, TX home of Janis Joplin and rappers UGK, the eldest of 3 kids that all have a had musical success includes baby brother “Wash “ with hit single “Can’t Trust Thots” and middle sister Brittani Washington (keyboard- ist) that toured for 7 years with Beyonce’s all girl band.

Los Angeles Native TJ Wilkins was a force to be reckoned with On Usher’s Team during Season 6 of NBC’s The Voice. T.J. grew up in South Central LA, and his mom encouraged him to get into music to avoid gang violence. Her encouragement helped him win a singing competition, where he had the opportunity to play with his biggest idol, Stevie Wonder.

JOE BAGG TRIO Thursday, September 28, 8-11pm

Joe discovered jazz while in college and immediately changed his major from computer science to music. Upon hearing that jazz pianist Kenny Barron was teaching at Rutgers University in New Jersey, Joe enrolled in their graduate program and obtained his Master Degree. After a couple of years in the army as a Russian linguist stationed in Germany, Joe moved to California, where he has been a fixture in the Los Angeles jazz scene.
