The candidates were assessed keeping in view their competency, legal knowledge and other relevant factors related to the selection of Notary as per requirement of the Notaries Act, 1952, the Notaries Rules, 1956 and the relevant guidelines by the Interview Board constituted for the purpose by the Central Government. On the basis of the performance of the candidates before the Interview Board, the Interview Board has recommended names of the following candidates for appointment as notaries for the State of Rajasthan. 2. All the successful candidates, whose names appear in the below mentioned table, will be issued Appointment Letters by Speed Post within 60 days from the date of declaration of result. The candidates who may not receive Appointment Letters through post may enquire with Notary Cell on Tel. No.011-23383221. The candidates are strictly advised not to visit this Office personally. Candidates can also obtain information regarding their result by accessing official website of this department OR on Tel. No. 011- 23383221. 3. All the recommended candidates are required to submit No Objection Certificate from Bar Council of Rajasthan and a Bank Demand Draft of Rs.2000/- in favour of Pay & Accounts Officer, Department of Legal Affairs, New Delhi by Speed Post OR Registered Post only within a period of 30 days of issues of this letter. Besides this, the candidates are also required to submit any other document which has not been submitted by the candidates at the time of Interview and asked him/her to submit afterwards. [email protected] 1 | P a g e METHODOLOGY A Public Opinion was conducted to gauge the implementation of welfare schemes, performance of government & political preferences and felt needs of the people in Alwar district of Rajasthan from 07/09/2013 to 11/09/2013 11 Assembly constituencies in the Alwar district were chosen for survey. Survey was conducted on the pulse of electorate to gauge the political preferences of the people in Alwar district consisting of 11 Assembly segments namely Alwar Rural(SC), Alwar Urban, Thanagazi, Tijara, Ramgarh, Rajgarh- Laxmangarh(ST), Mundawar, Kishangarh Bas, Kathumar(SC), Bansur, and Behror was conducted. A structured questionnaire and secret voting through ballot was used to collect the data. Through this questionnaire, totally 13,200 respondents were interviewed. The sample procedure followed for this study was that from each Assembly constituency, 10 polling booths were selected through the method of Probability proportional to size (PPS) for the survey. Out of 2342 Polling Stations, 132 are chosen for survey based on the method of Probability Proportional to Size (PPS) Among the selected polling booths from each assembly segment respondents were indentified through random sampling. Bayly, Muzaffar Alam, Andre Wink, Chetan Singh and others. Two subsequent works on the eastern Rajasthan by S.P. Gupta and Dilbagh Singh and on the northern Rajasthan by G.S.L. Devra have added new dimensions to the whole issue of existing debate on the 18' century, a period of transition in the history of India. Therefore, the importance of the studies on Rajasthan assumes significance which contains a treasure house of archival records, hitherto largely unexplored. My work is consisted of eight chapters with an introduction and conclusion. The first chapter deals with the study of geographical and historical profile of the Rajasthan. The geographical factor such as types of soils, hills, river and vegetation always nourishes the economy of the region. The physical location of Rajasthan had influenced its history to a greater extent. The region bears the physical diversity and we can divide it into two parts namely in the fertile south eastern zone and the thar arid zone. It was bounded by the Mughal subas (provinces) like Multan, Sindh, Delhi, Agra, Gujarat and Malwa.
