Creative industry agglomeration has an important influence on regional technological innovation and economic growth, but the intrinsic mechanism is not clear. This paper constructs the econometric model, and based on the statistical data of the prefecture-level cities in Province, the author surveys the concentration levels of creative industries in each city, and studies the influence of the creative industry agglomeration, techno- logical innovation and openness degree on the regional economy. The research shows that the creative industry of Anhui Province has shown some agglomeration phenomenon, and the development of creative industry has There is a driving effect, but the performance is not particularly significant in other cities; As far as deep-seated reasons are concerned, the development of creative industries is not directly related to economic growth, and the original impetus to drive economic growth is still technological innovation. But creative industries can drive eco- nomic development under certain conditions, such as when the economy has developed to a certain extent. The conclusion of this study is of great significance to regional industrial layout and industry selection. Anhui province; creative industry; technological innovation; mathematical model

In recent years, our country economy has maintained the rapid growth, and has achieved the remarkable achievement. As the amount of national economy reaches a certain amount, whether it will appear in the same economic growth situation with the developed countries, how to make the economy more dynamic, find the new growth point of national economy, become a hot issue of research. From the perspective of literature studies, some scholars have studied the impact of resource industry on economic growth [$number]. In order to promote the economic development of the inland areas, the early countries support the resources development projects in the Midwest, after years of development, this kind of resource-driven economic development has played a certain role in the local economy, such as , and areas in Anhui Province. However, the excessive reliance of economy on resource industry and the non-renewable nature of resources make the scholars have a certain degree of controversy on the influence of resources on economy, and some scholars support the view that the prosperity of natural resource industry is unfavorable to economic growth. Innovation-driven development is the only way to break through resource bottleneck and promote economic transformation and upgrade. Academic research on creative theory from the focus on creativity itself to creativity as the basic driving force of the creative economy, and gradually expand to creative as the core of the relevant creative industries. In recent years, as a new growth point of national economy, creative industry has been paid great attention by local governments and actively promoted the development of creative indus- tries through the development of creative industries and the development of strategic policies to promote the local economy [15-18]. However, the creative industry still faces many realistic problems and inherent contradictions in the process of development, and whether the govern- ment policy has really promoted the local technological progress or technological innovation a- bility, it is worth in-depth discussion.

Industrial agglomeration is the concentration and aggregation of the same type or different types of related industries under the action of market mechanism, which is a manifestation of the automatic optimal allocation under the pressure of market competition. The root cause of in- dustrial agglomeration lies in the external economy, which can be manifested in many aspects such as operating cost, technological innovation and public product investment, and with the

76 A Study of Creative Industries Agglomeration, Technological Innovation Ca- pacity and Regional Economic Growth support of good external market system and legal environment, external economy and industrial agglomeration can form a virtuous circle. So that the scale and level of industrial agglomeration continue to improve, and gradually deepen into a driving force of economic development.

The creative industry is also called the creative industry, the wisdom industry, the creative economy, its intension and the extension is very rich. This data is derived from statistical Year- book of Anhui Province and city Statistics Yearbook, since the Bureau of Statistics of Anhui Province does not release the creative industry data at the municipal level, it can not directly ob- tain the output value data of the creative industry, so only under the existing statistic caliber, se- lect the two industries with the highest content of the cultural creative industry in the tertiary in- dustry. A total of 9 cities in the experimental area of Wanjiang city belt and the combined turnip and clam is a case study, using the original data from the creative industry of each city 2008-2013 year to compute the location entropy LQ (position Quotient). The location entropy index is a measure of the degree of industrial agglomeration, which is first proposed by Haghet and applied to location analysis. According to the size of its data, it can determine the possibili- ty of the existence of industrial clusters. The general formula for calculating location entropy is as follows: Lqij = (xij/∑ im= 1Xj)/(∑ nj = 1xij/∑ im= 1∑ nj = 1Xij) (1) Wherem represents the number of industries in an economy, andi indicates oneof the in- dustries, there are i = $number,,, M ;N Represents the number of regions within an economy, and J represents one of the regions, j = $number, ... , n . Use Xij to represent the output value of the I industry in the J area. At present, when we use the location entropy to calculate the level of industrial agglomera- tion, we usually take a country as the research scope to investigate the distribution and agglom- eration of a certain industry in provinces and cities. In this paper, the definition of location en- tropy is applied to the local area, which is equally adaptable, the principle is the same, and the distribution and agglomeration of an industry in an area can also be investigated. This paper takes the experimental area of Wanjiang city belt and the combined Turnip clam as a specific object to measure the concentration level of the creative industry in each city. The calculation formula is: Sj = xj/∑ im= 1Xj (2) S=∑ nj = 1xij/∑ im= 1∑ nj = 1Xij (3) LQJ = sj/s = (xj/∑ im= 1Xj)/(∑ nj = 1xj/∑ im= 1∑ nj = 1Xij) (4) Wherem represents the number of industry types within a zone, andI represents an industry within a zone, there are i = $number,,, M ;N Represents the number of cities within a range,J represents the city, j = $number,+, n ;Xj means city J Creative industry output value,Xij repre- sents the output value of the I industry in the city J ;Sj means J Urban creative industry output accounted for the proportion of the total output value of the city,S represents the value of the creative industry in the region of GDP;Lqj represents the creative industry location entropy of the city J . The location entropy index refers to the value of the share of industry in a given region compared with the share of the industry in the whole economy. When the location entropy value of a particular industry is greater than 1 , it means that the industry of a given region is relatively centralized. In most of the studies identifying clusters, if the value of a given industrial location 77 Creative Economy entropy is greater than 1.2 indicates a high level of specialization, these industries become the main advantages of the local economy and are considered to be the "bright spot" of economic development. According to the level of regional agglomeration of creative industries, the study area can be divided into three levels: The first level, the location entropy is greater than 1, belongs to the high level agglomera- tion, the creative industry development degree is higher than the average level; Secondly, the location entropy is greater than the 0.8, which has the possibility of agglom- eration, but it is lower than the average level. The third level, the creative industry is underdeveloped, the industrial agglomeration is low. According to the above classification method, from table $number , it can be seen that in the $time years, the location entropy of Tongling, , Maanshan and is greater than 1, which belongs to high level aggregation; Table 2 , , Tongling , the location entropy of Wuhu is greater than 1, and the development of creative industry is higher than the average lev- el; from the table 3 , you can see that2011-2013 years, Tongling, Hefei, Wuhu, Tongling and Ma on the location of the entropy ranking in front, except Hefei The location entropy of $time year and the location entropy of Maanshan LAN year are less than 1, greater than 0.8 , and the rest of the year is greater than 1, This fully shows that these cities belong to a high level of ag- glomeration, the creative industry has appeared a certain degree of agglomeration phenomenon. Ranked after the , and three cities in the location of the entropy val- ue of nearly three years under the 0.8 level, the creative industry underdeveloped, low industrial agglomeration.

This article will use the regression analysis method to establish the mathematics model, in- vestigates the influence of the creative industry agglomeration and the technological innovation ability to the regional economic growth, and sets the concrete OLS model as follows: yi,t =β 0+β 1cii,t +β 2rdi,t +β 3opei,t +β 4fini,t (5) Wherey represents the per capita GDP Annual growth rate;CI denotes creative industry clustering;Rd indicates technical innovation capabilities;Ope denotes openness;Fin indicates fi- nancial drilldown;i and T represent the cross-section units and years of each city; Because the economic development level of each city, the per capita GDP, openness, etc. in general have the difference, using absolute index to fit is unreasonable, so choose relative in- dex to weigh. Each city's actual GDP growth rate is y , the creative industry gathered by the pre- vious indicators to measure,Rd to each city's 3 type of patent applications accounted for the pro- portion of the province to measure. The index of opening degree uses the total net export of each city (conversion through exchange rate) as the proportion measure of the year of GDP ; The financial deepening index adopts the proportion of the financial institution deposit and loan as GDP . Table 4 is a statistical description of the major economic variables. Using Statistics Yearbook of Anhui Province and statistical yearbooks of cities at all levels, the data is returned as OLS , as shown in table 5 . The results from table 5 can be concluded as follows: (1) The value of Hefei's creative industry is a positive relationship to the growth rate of

78 A Study of Creative Industries Agglomeration, Technological Innovation Ca- pacity and Regional Economic Growth

GDP , with the negative relationship between Wuhu, Tongling and Wanjiang cities. The experi- mental area of the Tong-Wu-Wu-Clam is a positive relationship with the growth factor, which has shown a new trend of economic growth. (2) in the Technical Innovation column, Tongling's technological innovation has contribut- ed most to the growth rate of GDP , much more than other cities, followed by Wuhu and Hefei, which is related to the important role of Tongling in the economic growth point. In recent years, Wuhu has developed rapidly, driven by large enterprises such as , the overall innovation capability is rising. Hefei's innovation ability has a certain positive effect on the growth of GDP , but it is not obvious in Wuhu and Tongling. The technological innovation of the experimental area of the city belt and the turnip-clam is also positive to the economy. (3) in the Open column, the openness of Hefei and Wuhu is positively related to the growth rate of GDP , and the experimental area of Tongling, Wanjiang city belt and the combined turnip-clam is a negative relationship. It shows that both the Hefei and Wuhu cities have achieved certain achievements in openness, and the impact on economy is positively correlated. (4) in the financial deepening, the financial deepening of the urban belt of Wanjiang has played an important role in promoting the economic development, but the other subjects are negatively correlated, which shows that further measures are needed to promote the economic growth in the financial deepening reform.

This paper makes use of the location entropy model and the OLS model to study the cre- ative industry agglomeration, technological innovation ability and regional economic growth in the experimental area of the city of Anhui Province and the Tong-tong-Wu-Wu-Wu-Wu- 9 , the results show that the creative industries are in Hefei, Tongling, There is a high level agglomera- tion phenomenon in Wuhu and Maanshan. The results of regression analysis show that the cre- ative industry in the experimental area of Hefei is related to economy, which is to promote the economic development, which is inseparable from the provincial capital city status and the cap- ital investment At the same time, technological innovation ability is positively related to the e- conomic promotion, which shows that the important role of technological innovation ability to economic growth is obvious. But it can not be overlooked that some other cities, such as Xu- ancheng, Chizhou and Anqing, the creative industry underdeveloped, low industrial agglomera- tion, the need for further policy support and capital investment.
