FIT Document(E:\ĸŒçł„ǧ‚Åł¦Å⁄ºç›‹Ç¤¾Æ›•Å±Žæš‡Å¿Š\Å‹Łæ—'Ç»'Ƶ”\Å·² Xu Gupo1, Dong Ke2, Wang Tao1 Creative industry agglomeration has an important influence on regional technological innovation and economic growth, but the intrinsic mechanism is not clear. This paper constructs the econometric model, and based on the statistical data of the prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province, the author surveys the concentration levels of creative industries in each city, and studies the influence of the creative industry agglomeration, techno- logical innovation and openness degree on the regional economy. The research shows that the creative industry of Anhui Province has shown some agglomeration phenomenon, and the development of creative industry has There is a driving effect, but the performance is not particularly significant in other cities; As far as deep-seated reasons are concerned, the development of creative industries is not directly related to economic growth, and the original impetus to drive economic growth is still technological innovation. But creative industries can drive eco- nomic development under certain conditions, such as when the economy has developed to a certain extent. The conclusion of this study is of great significance to regional industrial layout and industry selection. Anhui province; creative industry; technological innovation; mathematical model In recent years, our country economy has maintained the rapid growth, and has achieved the remarkable achievement. As the amount of national economy reaches a certain amount, whether it will appear in the same economic growth situation with the developed countries, how to make the economy more dynamic, find the new growth point of national economy, become a hot issue of research. From the perspective of literature studies, some scholars have studied the impact of resource industry on economic growth [$number]. In order to promote the economic development of the inland areas, the early countries support the resources development projects in the Midwest, after years of development, this kind of resource-driven economic development has played a certain role in the local economy, such as Huainan, Huaibei and Tongling areas in Anhui Province. However, the excessive reliance of economy on resource industry and the non-renewable nature of resources make the scholars have a certain degree of controversy on the influence of resources on economy, and some scholars support the view that the prosperity of natural resource industry is unfavorable to economic growth. Innovation-driven development is the only way to break through resource bottleneck and promote economic transformation and upgrade. Academic research on creative theory from the focus on creativity itself to creativity as the basic driving force of the creative economy, and gradually expand to creative as the core of the relevant creative industries. Domestic and foreign scholars on the creative industry, technological innovation and regional economic aspects of re- 75 Creative Economy search progress faster, more representative of the include: Chad Kevs with the contract theory of the creative industry's special organizational structure analysis, the creative industry has a com- plex, multidimensional characteristics, For industrial policy-making and industrial structure op- timization and upgrading has the special significance of distinguishing traditional industries [6]. John窑Hartley believes that the creative industries is determined by regional background and cultural resources endowment, from the concept evolution, theoretical development and re- search framework and category of creative industry, The system analyzes the innovation and risk challenges faced by the creative industry [7]. Jasonpotts and so on using mathematical models to describe the corresponding relationship between the urban socioeconomic stage and the creative industry, the result shows that the creative industry has a positive effect on the ur- ban social economy [8]. Piergiovanniempirically analyzes the historical development data of more than 100 regions in Italy and validates the positive effects of the development of creative industries on economic development [9]. Xio Zelei and so on (the) in our country province do- main high-tech industry, the creative industry's science and technology resources as the research object, calculates the multiple industry comprehensive location entropy value, and carries on the cluster analysis [ten]. Hua Zhengwei (LAN) studies the spatial effect of creative industry ag- glomeration, and thinks that the effect of agglomeration is to save cost and increase the scale ef- fect on the other hand [one]. Sho Yanfei ET ($time) believe that the development of creative in- dustry area has brought about the transformation of urban space, industrial value link, the inter- action between space and economy, the innovation of network system integration and so on, to promote the continuous improvement of urban competitiveness and the formation of regional innovation system [12 ]. The Wind ($time) analyzes the spatial pattern of the creative industries in the developed economies and the developing economies, cities and so on. Yang and so on ($number) using the industrial agglomeration of the EG Index and the CR Index to measure the level of Chinese cultural and creative industry agglomeration, This paper studies and empirical- ly examines the characteristics of industrial agglomeration and the trend of agglomeration from the perspective of industry and region. In recent years, as a new growth point of national economy, creative industry has been paid great attention by local governments and actively promoted the development of creative indus- tries through the development of creative industries and the development of strategic policies to promote the local economy [15-18]. However, the creative industry still faces many realistic problems and inherent contradictions in the process of development, and whether the govern- ment policy has really promoted the local technological progress or technological innovation a- bility, it is worth in-depth discussion. Industrial agglomeration is the concentration and aggregation of the same type or different types of related industries under the action of market mechanism, which is a manifestation of the automatic optimal allocation under the pressure of market competition. The root cause of in- dustrial agglomeration lies in the external economy, which can be manifested in many aspects such as operating cost, technological innovation and public product investment, and with the 76 A Study of Creative Industries Agglomeration, Technological Innovation Ca- pacity and Regional Economic Growth support of good external market system and legal environment, external economy and industrial agglomeration can form a virtuous circle. So that the scale and level of industrial agglomeration continue to improve, and gradually deepen into a driving force of economic development. The creative industry is also called the creative industry, the wisdom industry, the creative economy, its intension and the extension is very rich. This data is derived from statistical Year- book of Anhui Province and city Statistics Yearbook, since the Bureau of Statistics of Anhui Province does not release the creative industry data at the municipal level, it can not directly ob- tain the output value data of the creative industry, so only under the existing statistic caliber, se- lect the two industries with the highest content of the cultural creative industry in the tertiary in- dustry. A total of 9 cities in the experimental area of Wanjiang city belt and the combined turnip and clam is a case study, using the original data from the creative industry of each city 2008-2013 year to compute the location entropy LQ (position Quotient). The location entropy index is a measure of the degree of industrial agglomeration, which is first proposed by Haghet and applied to location analysis. According to the size of its data, it can determine the possibili- ty of the existence of industrial clusters. The general formula for calculating location entropy is as follows: Lqij = (xij/∑ im= 1Xj)/(∑ nj = 1xij/∑ im= 1∑ nj = 1Xij) (1) Wherem represents the number of industries in an economy, andi indicates oneof the in- dustries, there are i = $number,,, M ;N Represents the number of regions within an economy, and J represents one of the regions, j = $number, ... , n . Use Xij to represent the output value of the I industry in the J area. At present, when we use the location entropy to calculate the level of industrial agglomera- tion, we usually take a country as the research scope to investigate the distribution and agglom- eration of a certain industry in provinces and cities. In this paper, the definition of location en- tropy is applied to the local area, which is equally adaptable, the principle is the same, and the distribution and agglomeration of an industry in an area can also be investigated. This paper takes the experimental area of Wanjiang city belt and the combined Turnip clam as a specific object to measure the concentration level of the creative industry in each city. The calculation formula is: Sj = xj/∑ im= 1Xj (2) S=∑ nj = 1xij/∑ im= 1∑ nj = 1Xij (3) LQJ = sj/s = (xj/∑ im= 1Xj)/(∑ nj = 1xj/∑ im= 1∑ nj = 1Xij) (4) Wherem represents the number of industry types within a zone, andI represents an industry within a zone, there are i = $number,,, M ;N Represents the number of cities within a range,J represents the city, j = $number,+, n ;Xj means city J Creative industry output

It has created “Ningguo Miracle” since 1990s. Its general economic capacity has been ranked #1 (the first) among all the counties or cities in Anhui Province since 2000. In order to analyze the influencing factors of competitive advantages of Ningguo City and explain “Ningguo Miracle”, this article have evaluated, analyzed and classified the general economic competitiveness of 61 counties (cities) in Anhui Province in 2004, by 14 indexes of evaluation index system. The result showed that compared with other counties (cities) in Anhui Province, Ningguo City has more advantages in competition. The competitive advantage of Ningguo City is due to the productivities, the effect of the second industry and industry, and the investment of fixed assets. Then the influencing factors of Ningguo’s competitiveness in terms of productivity were analyzed with authoritative data since 1990 and a log linear regression model was established by stepwise regression method. The results demonstrated that the key influencing factor of Ningguo City’s competitive advantage was the change of industry structure, especially the change of manufacture structure.

Page 1/20 Abstract Thirteen Zhou Dynasty bronze vessels and two slags from Zongyang County along the north bank of the Yangtze River in Anhui were analyzed by LA-MC-ICP-MS and EDXRF. The results of the lead isotope analysis showed that there were two kinds of lead materials in the Zongyang bronzes. Class which could have originated from the Wannan region were mainly used in the Western Zhou and the following Spring and Autumn periods; while Class , possibly from the local mines in Zongyang County, were mainly present in the Warring States period. Such a shift in the ore material sources is also revealed by the analysis of the trace elements of the Zongyang bronzes. With reference to relevant historical documents, it can be inferred that the transformation of the bronze material sources could be related to the changes of the political situation during the Zhou Dynasty.

News Release: Ferrotec Holdings Corporation (6890 JASDAQ) August 30, 2019 Notice of Establishment of a New Company in China for Semiconductor Silicon Wafer Recycling Business At the meeting of the Board of Directors held on August 30, 2019, we resolved that our Chinese subsidiary, Shanghai Shenhe Thermo-Magnetics Electronics Co., Ltd., and Tongling Development Investment Group Co., Ltd., an investment fund under the Chinese government in Tongling City, Anhui Province, will jointly invest in the establishment of a new company in Tongling City, Anhui Province to enter the semiconductor silicon wafer recycling business. 1. Background to establishment of new company In China, capital expenditures by semiconductor manufacturers are expected to continue to increase due to the rapid diffusion of IoT, 5G, and EV and the acceleration of the trend toward domestic production of semiconductors caused by the trade conflicts between the United States and China. In this situation, in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, we are currently preparing to mass-produce 200mm and 300mm medium and large diameter semiconductor wafers (200mm: monthly production of 350 thousand wafers, and 300mm: monthly production of 30 thousand wafers (pilot line)) from FY2021. On the other hand, Chinese semiconductor manufacturers are seeing rising demand for recycling services for specialized wafers (monitor wafers), which are used in large quantities to stabilize production lines prior to the start of mass production. Under these circumstances, we believe that this recycling business will generate synergies in the future because it is compatible with our existing businesses by transferring the resources of our semiconductor wafer business and the know-how of our precision recycling and cleaning business.

2019 4th International Workshop on Materials Engineering and Computer Sciences (IWMECS 2019) Research on Logistics Efficiency of Anhui Province Han Yanhui School of Traffic and Transportation, Beijing Jiaotong University, P. R. China [email protected] Keywords: Logistics efficiency; DEA model; Anhui province Abstract: China's logistics industry has developed rapidly in recent years, and logistics efficiency is the main indicator that reflects the level of logistics development. This article first illustrated the situation of logistics development in Anhui Province and established an index system for evaluation of logistics efficiency, including four input indicators, the number of employees in the logistics industry, the mileage of graded roads, investment in fixed assets in the logistics industry and education expenditure, as well as two output indicators, the freight turnover volume and the added value of the logistics industry; then use the CCR-DEA and BCC-DEA models to evaluate the logistics efficiency of 16 cities of Anhui province. The results show that there is a phenomenon of unbalanced logistics development. Among them, Suzhou, Chizhou, and Anqing have low logistics efficiency, which is the bottleneck that limits the improvement of logistics efficiency in Anhui Province. 1. Introduction With the growth of China's economic level and the continuous transformation of economic growth pattern, the development level of logistics industry has become an important index to measure the comprehensive development level of a region. Anhui province is located in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river and the Huaihe river. Together with Jiangsu, Shanghai and Zhejiang, forms the Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration.
