A Groupwork is where we co-create a SAFE place to build RELATIONSHIPS, SHARE, SUPPORT and EMPOWER one another in the GROWTH journeys.
“By coming together as a group, we believe wonders can be created." Our Keluarga 5 “Forge a new chapter in life!”
Our Keluarga 5 (O.K. 5) renders support to families impacted by drug issues by preparing and equipping them with skills to problem-solve and improve family relationships. Past participants, now known as community mentors, will share their journey to recovery and guide the families to forge a new chapter in their lives.

Brotherhood “To be a better man”
Males who experience aggression towards their loved ones will get to explore the impact of their behaviour through a series of frameworks and methods of practice. With support from the other male participants and knowledge obtained from this programme, ‘Brotherhood’ aims to induce positive behavioural changes to the participants.

Strengths Unveiled “We believe in female power!”
Strengths Unveiled endeavours to empower female survivors of family violence through private group sharing sessions where participants with similar experiences support one another. Past participants have shared to have developed the ability to protect themselves physically and emotionally.

Building Blocks “Build your way to the little ones’ hearts”
Understanding a child’s behaviour patterns is essential to nurturing a child. Parents of school-going children (7 - 12 years old) who face challenges in managing their child’s behaviour and emotions will get to explore the possible approaches to positive and meaningful interactions with their child.

Let's Talk about Parenting! “Not easy, but worth it”
Managing a child is no easy feat, especially for single parents or caregivers of school-going children (7 - 14 years old) who have exhibited concerning behaviours. Besides equipping parents and caregivers with positive parenting strategies, this groupwork programme also provides emotional support as participants encourage and inspire one another by sharing experiences of their parenting journey.

Caregivers' League “Caregiving is universal - you care for someone, we care for you.”
Caregiving for the elderly can be both physically and emotionally challenging, particularly with many other responsibilities on hand. Caregivers' League is a sharing programme where caregivers can express their concerns, challenges and joys of their caregiving roles. Participants also get to learn the varying techniques and methods to cope with their stressors.

SIMCharge “Dear single Mothers, you are awesome!”
SIMCharge (Single Mothers in-charge) seeks to empower female single parents in their efforts to strengthen their social and emotional well-being through group sharing sessions where participants support and learn from one another to cope with their possible stressful circumstances through the challenges and triumphs.

Living in a diverse nation, we have learnt to embrace different cultures and beliefs of our friends. Our Kampung (OK) hopes to enhance cultural positivity within transnational families and their children.
