2. Mark your ballot and place it in an envelope. Print your name (as it appears on your Miniature Gazette label) in the upper left hand corner on the front of the envelope, last name first.
3. An envelope marked “BALLOT” is provided for your use. Place only one ballot in this envelope.
4. If you require additional envelopes for other Family Members, the Family Member is to vote in the same manner however, use a separate envelope for each ballot and mark “BALLOT” in the lower left hand corner of the envelope.
