The event allowed students to gain perspective and knowledge about the num- ber one killer in both men and women: heart disease. Guests were given pamphlets at the door that gave preventative tips on how to obtain an overall healthier lifestyle and basic tips on how to reduce blood cholesterol, lower high blood pressure and reduce stress.
