Under Section 6 (1) of the Right To Information Act, 2005, the petitioner sent an application dt.05.04.2008 requesting the Public Information Officer to furnish the information with regard to Thiru P.Nesaian, worked as Typist in 10 (a) (1) basis at the Directorate of Employment and Training Wing, Chennai and The District Employment Office at Kancheepuram, and the details of last pay drawn particulars alongwith relieving order during the period of July 1991. 2 3. Since there was no reply from the Public Information Officer within 30 days, the petitioner made the first Appeal under Section 19 (1) of the R.T.I. Act to the Appellant Authority and the Second Appeal under Section 19 (3) to this Commission. On the basis of the second Appeal to the Commission, both the petitioner and the Public Information Officer were summoned to be present for today's enquiry. 4. During the enquiry, the Public Information Officer informed the Commission that the required information by the petitioner was not furnished to him since Mr.P.Nesaian, has objected to giving the particulars of his last pay drawn particulars along with relieving orders during the period of July 1991. 4. The Public Information Officer is directed to give the required information by the petitioner on or before 05.06.2009 under Section 4 (1)(b)(x) of the Right To Information Act, 2005 and report to the Commission on or before 10.06.2009.
