CSH's are focused on the clubs around a sports centre, community centre, school, park, pavilion or playing field. The specifics of each CSH and what it will offer will vary however all CSH's work to the same following five principles:
1. Growth in participation 2. Understand community need 3. Support community leadership 4. Offer a range of sports 5. Ensure all of the appropriate people are working together
CSH Young Leaders bring a fresh approach to ensuring that every CSH has the views and opinions of young people at the heart of the decision making process. A CSH Young Leader will help to develop the CSH, but this role will also help you develop as an individual.
