Ohio News Photographers Association Collection SPEC.CGA.ONPA Ohio News Photographers Association Collection SPEC.CGA.ONPA Compiled by Luther Boren. Introduction The Ohio News Photographers Association voted at its annual meeting in 1983 to make The Ohio State University Libraries the repository for a collection of its annual contest winning photographic prints. Professor Tom Hubbard of the OSU School of Journalism was instrumental in saving these prints and having them placed in a public repository. The finding aid for the collection is arranged both chronologically and by size (because the photographic prints were required to be mounted to uniform sizes). Judging categories vary by year and are listed with the size of the entry prints, with oversize materials (41 x 50 cm.) listed separately. Series one includes mounted prints, most 28 x 36 cm. in two sub-series: Winners 1979-1999; and Non-winners 1979,1980,1982,1985, 1986, 1991 and undated photographs. Series two includes oversize mounted prints, most 41 x 50 cm., in two sub-series: Winners 1960, 1965-1976; and Non-winners 1968, 1970, 1972-1977 and undated photographs. Series three includes ONPA assorted release forms 1977-1991; assorted issues of Ohio News Photographer, the ONPA newsletter, for 1955-1997; and videotape entries for the 1985 contest. EIN 13−1038730 Name United States Bankruptcy Court Southern District of New York Date case filed for chapter 11 3/27/17 Case number: 17−22445−rdd Official Form 309F (For Corporations or Partnerships) Notice of Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Case 12/15 For the debtor listed above, a case has been filed under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. An order for relief has been entered. This notice has important information about the case for creditors, debtors, and trustees, including information about the meeting of creditors and deadlines. Read both pages carefully. The filing of the case imposed an automatic stay against most collection activities. This means that creditors generally may not take action to collect debts from the debtor or the debtor's property. For example, while the stay is in effect, creditors cannot sue, assert a deficiency, repossess property, or otherwise try to collect from the debtor. Creditors cannot demand repayment from the debtor by mail, phone, or otherwise. Creditors who violate the stay can be required to pay actual and punitive damages and attorney's fees. Confirmation of a chapter 11 plan may result in a discharge of debt. A creditor who wants to have a particular debt excepted from discharge may be required to file a complaint in the bankruptcy clerk's office within the deadline specified in this notice.
