Many thanks to Attorney Gillies for his invaluable contributions to this event, as well as to the Planning Com- mittee named below. Many thanks as well to Governor Scott, Senator Ashe, and to the representatives from the fourteen counties in attendance for their participation. Following the conclusion of the remarks and presentation of com- memorative plaques, all in attendance are invited to enjoy refreshments provided by the Vermont State Curator's Office and cake provided by the Vermont Bar Association. Attendees wishing to observe a re- enactment of a 1918 oral argument may proceed to the SupremeCourt Courtroom by 4:15 p.m.; the re-enactment will end at 5:00 p.m. Any- one interested in a courthouse tour given by the current Supreme Court Law Clerks may gather at the security desk in the lobby on the main floor.
