WADDESDON MANOR CONFERENCES & MEETINGS WADDESDON MANOR BUILT TO ENTERTAIN In the heart of the Buckinghamshire countryside, yet only an hour and a half’s drive from central London, lies one of Europe’s last remaining properties in le style Rothschild. Waddesdon Manor still offers today the very finest hospitality for which its creator, Baron Ferdinand de Rothschild, was renowned. Waddesdon is proud of its range of unique venues, each with its own charm and appeal. From banquets to intimate dinners and exclusive wine tastings, team-building activities and product launches, this is an idyllic setting to give your guests an experience they will never forget. Windmill Hill The facilities at Waddesdon provide a spectacular backdrop to a host of events, including product launches, annual conferences and international summits. The contemporary Windmill Hill complex is ideal for a more discreet experience, such as political gatherings or round table discussions. © Ingo Maurer Porca Miseria The Dairy Overlooking a tranquil lake, this enchanting vaulted Victorian building, set in private grounds, is the perfect venue for exclusive entertaining at any time of year: roaring log fires in winter and summer evenings on the picturesque lakeside pavilions. © Anish Kapoor © Humberto & Fernando Campana The Five Arrows Hotel A Grade II listed building in Waddesdon village, this quaint hotel is built on the site of an old coaching inn. It was originally used to accommodate the architects, craftsmen and artisans working on the Manor itself. Today, the hotel has 16 bedrooms, each with unique character, and a restaurant serving a varied menu with Rothschild wine from New and Old World vineyards. © Richard Bryant/Archaidimages.com WINDMILL HILL DAILY DELEGATE INFORMATION © Richard Bryant/Archaidimages.com © Richard Bryant/Archaidimages.com © Anish Kapoor © Humberto & Fernando Campana Wedding Drinks Theatre Cabaret Formal Prices Minimum 24hr Rate Dinner, Ceremony Reception Dining Style Style Boardroom Wine Tasting inc VAT Number Bed and Breakfast (16 bedrooms available) CAPACITIES PRICES £125 8 £255 Reading Room --100 *50 *50 40 - Tea, Coffee and Pastries on arrival Bawden Room --14 --14 - Mid Morning Tea, Coffee and Biscuits 2 Course Cold Buffet Lunch Orangery - 100 50 ---- Mid Afternoon Tea, Coffee and Cake Room Hire 8.30am to 5.30pm *60 with standing lunch (bowl food) Unlimited Still and Sparkling Water in the meeting room AV on request. please see packages Flip Charts and Pens DIMENSIONS WiFi Reading Room - 6.9m x 21.6m Bawden Room - 7.1m x 7.4m Orangery - 3.4m x 20m 10% service charge will be added to all additional food and drink THE DAIRY DAILY DELEGATE INFORMATION Wedding Drinks Theatre Cabaret Formal Prices Minimum 24hr Rate Dinner, Ceremony Reception Dining Style Style Boardroom Wine Tasting inc VAT Number Bed and Breakfast (16 bedrooms available) CAPACITIES PRICES £85 8 £215 West Hall 110 160 110 **70 ***60 40 - Tea, Coffee and Pastries on arrival Wintergarden 110 110 70 110 ---Mid Morning Tea, Coffee and Biscuits 2 Course Hot and Cold Buffet Lunch Buttery --14 40 - 14 - Mid Afternoon Tea, Coffee and Cake Dieppe Room --12 --12 - Room Hire 8.30am to 5.30pm Unlimited Still and Sparkling Water in the meeting room The Terrace 110 160 -----LCD Projector and Screen (see additional AV packages) Courtyard 110 160 -----Flip Charts and Pens WiFi Courtyard (Marquee) - 200 200 ---- 10% service charge will be added to all additional food and drink **110 with standing lunch (bowl food) ***80 with standing lunch (bowl food) DIMENSIONS West Hall - 23m x 5.2m Wintergarden - 19m x 5.2m Buttery - 8.25m x 4.8m Dieppe Room - 5.4m x 5.7m Pavilions x 2 - 20.9m x 5.5m Inner Courtyard - 23m x 23m THE FIVE ARROWS DAILY DELEGATE INFORMATION Wedding Drinks Theatre Cabaret Formal Prices Minimum 24hr Rate Dinner, Ceremony Reception Dining Style Style Boardroom Wine Tasting inc VAT Number Bed and Breakfast (16 bedrooms available) CAPACITIES PRICES £55 N/A £185 Old Coach House 70 100 60 70 30 28 - Tea, Coffee and Pastries on arrival Rothschild Room 40 - 30 20 - 12 - Mid Morning Tea, Coffee and Biscuits 2 Course set Lunch from the daily menu or a sandwich working Lunch Restaurant - 60 70 ---- Mid Afternoon Tea, Coffee and Cake Room Hire 8.30am to 5.30pm Unlimited Still and Sparkling Water in the meeting room DIMENSIONS LCD Projector and Screen (see additional AV packages) Flip Charts and Pens Old Coach House - 12.2m x 6.1m Rothschild Room - 4.65m x 7.2 m WiFi 10% service charge will be added to all additional food and drink Waddesdon Manor Photography by: All People Photography, John Bigelow Taylor, Stuart Bebb, Pascale Waddesdon Cumberbatch, Mike Fear, Barry Keen, Aylesbury Hugh Palmer, Paul Watson and Jenny Welch.
