    Phuket King’s Cup Regatta International Dinghy Classes Race 1st - 8th December 2018 NOTICE OF RACE The notation ‘[DP]’ in a rule in the NoR means that the penalty for a breach of that rule may, at the discretion of the protest committee, be less than disqualification. 1. ORGANIZING AUTHORITY The Phuket King’s Cup Regatta Dinghy Race will be organized by the organizing committee of the Phuket King’s Cup Regatta under the auspices of the Royal Varuna Yacht Club in conjunction with the Yacht Racing Association of Thailand, the Royal Thai Navy and the Province of Phuket. 2. Sails, rigging, boats and equipment may be measured prior to racing, and may also be spot-checked at any time during the regatta.
