1. Club Football proposal is being reviewed again by the Return to Campus Task Force. Requested feedback by this morning. Will keep ELT posted. 2. Anticipating travel to increase as the weather becomes warmer. If you travel, (personal or professional) you must quarantine seven days once you return from your trip. Michael will send out communication to the campus. 3. Summer Camp meeting today with Sam Gurski 4. Information will be sent out again to the campus regarding Meal Deliveries. Rick will follow up with Aramark. Will also explore hiring students to help.

Deborah Bordelon:

Enrollment: Spring – still up – Head Count – 3.44% and 1.69% in Credit Hours.

Early Advising – 8 – 26. Early registration for the summer and fall will start on .

Request for Academic Center for Tutoring – Computer Lab in Howard. Found another location in the garden level of the Library – will explore further.

Momentum Summit going on this week and next week – everything going very well.

Gina Sheeks:

Summer 2021 Residence Life Housing Camps/Conferences report – shared with ELT.

Next Tuesday, new Columbus Police Chief Freddie Blackmon, and new Sheriff Greg Countryman will join our ELT meeting.

Rick Sears:

CARES 2 Student Plan submitted to USG last Tuesday.

GLBA (Gramm-Leach Bliley Act Safeguards Rule) Audit results – CSU one of eleven institutions that passed all of the requirements.

Todd Reeser:

CSU Women’s Soccer game against Lander – CSU freshman featured on ESPN – Top 2 in making a goal from a long distance.

Men’s Basketball – team in quarantine after a member of the College of Charleston team tested positive with COVID. CSU played College of Charleston last week.

To date: 2,505 COVID tests have been completed on CSU athletes – positive rate Of 1.96%.

Rocky Kettering: Foundation Trustee meeting this morning at 10:00 a.m.

Craig Burgess: No updates

President Markwood:

1. Call with Chancellor yesterday – resume in person BOR meetings. 2. Great visit with Regent Joiner last week – indicated to resume on campus Meetings. 3. Today is National Collegiate Day of Prayer. Will be participating with First Baptist Church at 12:00 noon.

There being no other business to discuss, meeting was adjourned at 9:40 a.m.
