Government of West Bengal Finance Department Audit Branch NOTIFICATION Government of West Bengal Finance Department Audit Branch NOTIFICATION No: 3473 F dt.: 11-05-09 The Governor is pleased to recognise the following Hospitals/ Institutions, Laboratories/ Diagnostic Centres for the purpose of availing benefits of medical attendance and treatment under the West Bengal Health Scheme, 2008. (i) All Hospitals (all systems of medicines), clinics, laboratories and diagnostic centres under the management of the Government of West Bengal, Government of India and other State Governments. (Code: 0110000) (Vide Corrigendum No. 8102-F, dated 18-08-09) (ii) All hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres managed by the Municipal Corporations/ Municipalities and the other Local Bodies within the State of West Bengal. (Code: 0210000) (iii) State aided Hospitals (Code: 03), as follows:- (a) Ramkrishna Mission Seva Pratisthan, Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata. Such Private Hospitals, Nursing Homes, etc. has been classified into Class- 1, Class- 2 and Class- 3 Service Provider on the basis of facilities available here. Each empanelled Hospital/ Diagnostic Centre has come into agreement with the Government of West Bengal on the basis of Memorandum of Agreement and the agreement shall remain in force for a period of 2 (two) years or till it is modified or revoked whichever is earlier. Prasad Eye Hospital, Hyderabad, Andhrapradesh, (Code: 0510008) 2. The Governor is further pleased to approve the rates for Specialised Medical treatment/ Services, Procedures and Investigations required in connection with the medical attendance and treatment of a beneficiary within the State as per list at Annexure-B attached. The rates shall be valid for two years. Note: (a) Class-1 Service Providers (Code: 1) shall charge 100% of the approved rate or actual rate of the Service Provider whichever is less. (b) Class-2 Service Providers (Code: 2) shall charge 80% of the approved rate or actual rate of the Service Provider whichever is less. (c) Class-3 Service Providers (Code: 3) shall charge 70% of the approved rate or actual rate of the Service Provider whichever is less. By order of the Governor D. Annexure-I contains the names of the Authorised Medical Attendents who were empanelled during the year 2016-17, but have not submitted application for renewal as A.M.A. for the year 2017-18, and have expressed their unwillingness to continue. Accordingly, their names are hereby removed from the list of Authorised Medical Attendants for the year 2018-17.

The temple architecture generally exhibits the social condition, material culture as well as the ideological paradigms of a particular community. Dakhineswar Kali temple has more than hundred year’s heritage records in West Bengal and India too. The present study is an attempt to understand how different cultural patterns and impact of various Indian historical time period embedded in an architectural style. For this paper, the data were collected through observation, interview methods. This research reveals the impact of Indo- Islamic style as a form of ‘ratna’ or towered structure, European influence as a presence of flat roof temple pattern and ‘aat- chala’ form expressing the Bengal Temple Terracotta style. Furthermore, the presence of skywalk, car parking area, specially designed security witnessing the touches of modernization through the shades of cultural heritage. (1) The Sagore Dutt Hospital Act, 1958 (Act 14 of 1958) was enforced with effect from the 1st March 1959, vide notification No. Medl./852/14-84/58, dated 30/01/1959, published in the Calcutta Gazette of 1959, Part 1, page 662. The Act provided for the taking over of Sagore Dutt Hospital at Kamarhatty in the district of 24 Parganas together with the charitable dispensary attached thereto, by the State Government with a view to the promotion of public health. In the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of West Bengal memo No. HF/O/MERT/1137/W-52/10, dated 4.8.2010 sanction was accorded for setting up a medical college (with 100 M.B.B.S. students annual intake capacity) in the campus of Sagore Dutta State General Hospital in North 24 Parganas District.
