Additional nomination forms are available from the Returning Officer. Prospective candidates and nominators should verify their financial status and any other qualifications required by the Union's rules prior to lodging nominations. Nominations must reach the Returning Officer via the lodgement method(s) stipulated below not later than 12:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 06/09/2018. By Fax: 02 6293 7603 By Email: A properly completed nomination form including all necessary signatures and attachments may be scanned and submitted as a pdf file to [email protected] PLEASE NOTE: 1. Emails to the AEC inbox that appear to be spam may be blocked. It is the responsibility of senders to ensure that their email reaches the AEC before the deadline for nominations. 2. In order to be able to be received by the AEC, emails (including attachments) should be no greater than 6 MB in size. 3. You may call 03 9285 7177 to enquire about the status of your nomination. Withdrawing Nominations Nominations cannot be withdrawn after 12:00pm (AEST) on 06/09/2018. Candidate Statements Candidates may submit a candidate statement of no more than 200 words and a passport sized photograph to be included with ballot material. Only statements which comply with the Rules and are received by the Returning Officer by 12:00pm (AEST)) on 13/09/2018 can be accepted. Voting Period The ballot, if required, will open on 08/10/2018 and close at 5:00pm (AEDT) on 26/10/2018. Scrutineers Candidates may appoint a scrutineer. Scrutineers must be a financial member of the Union. The appointment of scrutineers and closes at 5:00pm (AEDT) on 26/10/2018. A form is available from the Returning Officer for the purposes of appointing Scrutineers. Other Information Changed Address? Advise the Union now. Parents will be advised if a COVID-19 related risk is identified.     Taking the Pulse of COVID-19 in Saskatchewan—in 8 maps (August 2021) Results from the Social Contours and COVID-19 Survey August 5, 2021 From May 4, 2020 (Phase 1 of the Re-open Saskatchewan Plan), SPHERU researchers have collected data about COVID- 19 from Saskatchewan residents through our Social Contours and COVID-19 Survey. This survey has four objectives: 1) to collect behavioural, perceptual, social, and place-based data (i.e., how we act, think, interact, and move); 2) assign a COVID-19 risk level to people and places, over time; 3) identify lower- and higher-risk places in our province; and 4) communicate this information to public health officials and the general public. Data below are based on Social Contours and COVID-19 study, as of June 7th, 2021; this includes 10,627 respondents to date (unless otherwise indicated). Results are weighted by age, gender, and location of residence (Census 2016, Saskatchewan adult population). In this brief, notable findings from an analysis of before and after Saskatchewan began its COVID-19 vaccination campaign are reported.
