The Deputy Prosecutor of the Special Court Sierra Leone, Joseph Kamara told CTN that the seminar was to orientate police prosecutors who operate in magistrate courts on the art and ethics of prosecuting cases in court. He said police prosecutors over the years had no formal training in prosecuting matters in courts.
