The real problem arises in maintaining a balance between these three bottom lines. when a firm start working on people and planet consideration they lose their profit share and if firm takes profit as main objective then why they should make unnecessary expenses by taking people and planet aspects because we all know that firm can get profit only if they survive for long run. The example we can take of Indian Oil Corporation limited which is investing a lot on people and planet dimension but they are not able to be in break even. On the other hand ITC is earning a lot profit and giving lot of taxes to government but are they really contributing to planet and people aspects by making tobacco products then the question arises where is sustainability aspects ,Are they really consider sustainability aspects . The second problem arises that the firm really takes this jargon as a marketing strategy to enhance their sales.

    TERMS of REFERENCE Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and development of E&S Management Plan for Aqre’s current and future operations, Madagascar November 2020 Investments in Land restoration and Sustainable Land Management (SLM) practices are needed to avoid, reduce and reverse land degradation. However, project preparedness can be a major bottleneck for restoration and SLM investment. The Land Degradation Neutrality (LDN) Technical Assistance Facility (TAF) was established to help alleviate this bottleneck, and link projects to the LDN Fund 1 and LDN impacts. The facility is managed by IDH The Sustainable Trade Initiative. The LDN TAF can provide grants and reimbursable grants to (potential) LDN investment projects, to improve technical quality, and strengthen environmental and social impacts, so that the investment project meets the LDN Fund investment criteria.     Corridor Estates In the 1970s, the Commission also developed a number of smaller estates along the Liverpool – Campbelltown corridor at suburbs including Macquarie Fields, Airds, Minto and Claymore. The development of these so called ‘corridor estates’ coincided with a general move away from developing the large-scale, low density estates that typified the 1950s and 60s; focus was placed instead on the development of medium density suburbs utilising the townhouses typology first used at Mount Druitt. These estates, the first being Macquarie Fields, were characterised by a smaller overall area of development, a high percentage of townhouses, and the use of the ‘Radburn’ style layout. During this time, townhouses in the ‘Radburn’ layout were also incorporated into some of the older neighbourhood estates, including Windale. The principal example of this was the introduction of a micro-estate in to the established public housing at Villawood/East Fairfield; a number of earlier fibro cottages were demolished to make way for a ‘micro-estate’ planned in the ‘Radburn’ style. The cottages set on a conventional street grid were replaced with townhouses and maisonettes that faced away from the streets, had common driveways, and small private streets.
