SPECIAL CONSTRUCTION

1. Application of Tariff

This tariff contains regulations, rates, charges and liabilities applicable for the special construction of interstate facilities provided by BellSouth Telecommunications, hereafter referred to as the Telephone Company.

When special construction of facilities is required, the provisions of this tariff apply in addition to all regulations, rates and charges set forth in the appropriate service tariff.
