Cramming all that legislation into a two-month session every other year doesn't give time for proper consideration of all the proposals. It's a mad-house. Economic conditions are liable to change rapidly also. The Legislature should meet every year to serve the needs of this growing state — effectively and efficiently. It would pay dividends in the long run — and there is more sentiment developing each year in favor of the change.
