Kremlin - G.I.D. 0 : 2 Scorers: --- ***Ignorance (53.), Depression (74.) G.I.D. is the highest placed team of these two, and were also a little better despite playing away. However, Kremlin could have escaped with a draw with a little luck - away will be harder, though.
Gangsters United - Extreme 1 : 2 Scorers: Svarte Petter (64.) ***Pires (48.), Henry (78.) Booked: Vito Corleone ***Ooijer Looking at the table, one would expect this to be an easy game for the Mobsters. However, Extreme were stronger, and managed to convert that into a one goal win. Table climbing seems likely!
Alphabet FC - Blue Revolution 0 : 0 The Letters were the better team of the game, mostly due to the home advantage. However, they didn't manage to score on any of their chances, so Blue Revolution got a somewhat lucky draw.
FC Asskickers - Sleep Wanderers 6 : 1 Scorers: Kenichiro (4., 10., 16., 60.), Justin Credible (58.), Mick Foley (45.) ***Destiny (21.) This was supposed to be an even, exciting top match, but FC Asskickers had no problems whatsoever dominating this game. Can the Night Terrors make a comeback when they've got the home crowd backing?
Twin Peaks Owls - FC Mokum 0 : 0 Booked: --- ***Boogers, Schaars Both teams were severely weakened by suspensions, resulting in lineups that didn't seem to belong in the Premiership. Of what little play there was, the Bookhouse Boys had the most, but couldn't score. Lucky point for FC Mokum.
Car Park Rangers - Mishima Zaibatsu 0 : 2 Scorers: --- ***Kazuya Mishima (31.), Devil Jin (73.) Bottom against top at Wherever Evil-Doers roam, with the expected, deserved result. Rosedale Premiership Match day 12 ======
G.I.D. - Kremlin 1 : 0 Scorers: uhhm Forgetfulness (25.) ***--- A double win weekend for G.I.D., taking them straight up into the medal contention, whereas Kremlin slips down to 11th. Survival looks like something the Comrades will have to fight for...
Extreme - Gangsters United 4 : 5 Scorers: Pires (12., 90.), Fabregas (24.), Jol (30.) ***Tony Soprano (1.), Ss (24.), The Joker (28.), Svarte Petter (11.), Vito Spetafore (18.) Booked: --- ***Ss An even game that could have gone either way, but the visiting Mobsters were actually the better side, so the stronger team won out in the end.
Blue Revolution - Alphabet FC 0 : 0 Booked: --- ***Annie Blackburn, Oo, Uu, Xx Another goalless draw between these teams, this time Blue Revolution was slightly stronger because of the home crowd, but couldn't convert it.
Sleep Wanderers - FC Asskickers 1 : 0 Scorers: Dream (38.) ***--- FC Asskickers were significantly stronger than their hosts, but were terribly inefficient, and thus lost out. Two lucky points for Sleep Wanderers to keep them in the medal race!
FC Mokum - Twin Peaks Owls 3 : 1 Scorers: Eto'o (15., 31.), Marcellis (7.) ***Steve Fox (71.) Booked: Eto'o, Schaars ***Kluivert With their own supporters cheering them on, FC Mokum managed to overcome the Twin Peaks Owls, despite the difference between the teams not being all that large. In either case, two much needed points for the home team.
Mishima Zaibatsu - Car Park Rangers 2 : 0 Scorers: Kazuya Mishima (67.), Hwoarang (24.) ***--- A repeat of the first matchup between them, a comfortable home win with a goal in each half.
Lexington League Match day 11 ======
First Men of Rome - Feyenoord 5 : 2 Scorers: Roberto Pruzzo (15., 22., 34.), Vincenzo Montella (24.) ***Ono (7.), Lucius (49.) Penalties: 1 ***- Booked: Daniele de Rossi, Vincenzo Montella ***Greene, Ono Toga Boys look increasingly capable of returning straight to the Premiership, especially after this strong victory against table neighbours Feyenoord.
Tamriel Athletic - Fjortoft's Friends 1 : 0 Scorers: Bumph gra-Gash (12.) ***--- A slow and boring match, but I doubt the Dark Brotherhood minded - two important points against a top team should soothe the pain of watching the team play shit football.
The Ages - Thinkers FC 1 : 0 Scorers: Silurium (19.) ***--- The Ages finally get their first win of the season, and it was deserved too; they had most of what little play there was in this game.
AZ - Studs First FC 0 : 2 Scorers: --- ***Jehane bet Ishak (32., 78.) A game that was far more entertaining than the scoreline indicates, but both teams were similarly inefficient, and the best team thus won.
Greensleeves United - Desassossego Blues 0 : 6 Scorers: --- ***Fernando Pessoa (45., 50.), Chevalier de Pas (67., 70.), Pero Botelho (22.) Penalties: - ***1 Booked: Frederick Robinson ***--- The Blues had little problems at Windsor Great Park, and simply cruised in to a solid away win and departure from the relegation zone. Greensleeves slip down to last place... is it down to Berkeley next season?
Erkrath Gladiators - Slartibartfast FC 2 : 0 Scorers: Ragnar Huehnerbein (14.) ***--- Penalties: 1 ***- (1 missed) Booked: Jochen Sproetel ***--- Bad luck is over with for now for the Lunatics; they were the better team of the game, and successfully converted that to a win.
Lexington League Match day 12 ======
Feyenoord - First Men of Rome 1 : 4 Scorers: Lucius (26.) ***Daniele de Rossi (49.), Vincenzo Montella (87.), Wotagoalus (23.) Penalties: - ***1 Booked: Booij, Greene ***--- This game was a lot more even than the previous match, but Feyenoord were rather sloppy in defense somehow, and the Toga Boys got a flattering scoreline.
Fjortoft's Friends - Tamriel Athletic 3 : 2 Scorers: Charly (14., 23.), Suppa Schui (34.) ***Jeanne Frasoric (20., 43.) Tamriel Athletic actually was the stronger team in this game as well, but this time, Fjortoft's Friends were luckier and managed to pick up both points, thus still hanging on in the race for promotion.
Thinkers FC - The Ages 0 : 1 Scorers: --- ***Stone Age (46.) With the home crowd's backing, Thinkers FC managed to get the upper hand in this game, but after failing to score for the entire first half, it was actually the Ages who took an early lead right after the break. And then they managed to hold on to it, for a rather lucky away win.
Studs First FC - AZ 8 : 0 Scorers: Steven Gerrard (6., 21., 56., 83.), Arjen Robben (74., 87.), Wayne Rooney (42.), Chris Kiwomya (77.) ***--- Studs First have been strong and lucky this season, and look ready for promotion already, although there's plenty of matches left to play. The win here was overstated, but the home team was significantly better than their visitors.
Desassossego Blues - Greensleeves United 7 : 1 Scorers: Pero Botelho (4., 13., 47., 71., 89.), Chevalier de Pas (62.), Fernando Pessoa (25.) ***Dennis Farrell (68.) Booked: Ricardo Reis ***--- Another easy win for Desassossego Blues - clearly the stronger of these two teams. With this climb up the table, they're within reach of the promotion race, but can they keep going against harder opposition?
Slartibartfast FC - Erkrath Gladiators 3 : 2 Scorers: Eccentrica Gallumbits (38., 64.), Old Thrashbarg (26.) ***Guenay Attes (16., 51.) Booked: --- ***Tom Kim Although the bad luck was gone for the Lunatics, they couldn't get points away against Slartibartfast FC. The home team dominated the game and could easily have won with bigger digits.
Berkeley Conference Match day 11 ======
Saturday Morning FC - Dummys 6 : 9 Scorers: Dr Elephant (40., 66.), Penelope Pitstop (8., 19.), Elmer Fudd (13.), Magilla Gorilla (83.) ***Robbie Lamer (71., 78.), Lee Towers (57., 80.), Gordon (6., 10.), Trijntje (16., 62.), U2 (22.) Booked: Magilla Gorilla ***G. Jolink, Gordon A very entertaining game at ACME Park. Both teams had plenty of chances, but Dummys fought harder for the points and thus claimed them, even though the 2Ds were at least as strong.
Coventry - Harestua IL 3 : 1 Scorers: Thomas Cooper (37.), Frederick Nuttycombe (54.) ***Reidar Skoien (24.) Penalties: 1 ***- Booked: --- ***Leif Einar Enoksen Although attempting to field two Mr. Enoksens, Harestua was not permitted to do so. And with only one Leif Einar on the field, Coventry became too hard a nut to crack.
Sjokoladen BK - FC United 0 : 4 Scorers: --- ***Paul Scholes (3., 90.), Ritchie Jones (33.), Kazuya (38.) Suspensions crippled Sjokoladen BK for this game, and the result was thus unsurprising, although overstated.
Sheffield Thursday - Springfield United 0 : 0 Springfield United played the right strategy to save a point away against the Owls, giving their supporters great hope for the home game to follow.
Brazil Star Conquerors - PSV 4 : 3 Scorers: Wamberto (58., 75., 85.), Emerson (66.) ***Rose Walker (49., 72.) Penalties: - ***1 Booked: --- ***Koenders, Rose Walker, Salcido Another home win for Brazil, this time against table neighbours PSV. Now there's just one point up to the teams ahead... can they still make it?
Ladida FC - Call of Cthulhu 6 : 2 Scorers: Blossoms (19., 62.), Petra (79.), Dixie (39.), Marianne (8.) ***The Quest of Iranon (27., 40.) Penalties: 1 ***- Booked: --- ***Prostetnik Vogon Jeltz, The Outsider, The Shuttered Room Ladida FC have done very well in Berkeley so far, and are certainly a candidate for further promotion. Call of Cthulhu, despite putting up an admirable fight, didn't have much play, and lost out rather bid.

Dummys - Saturday Morning FC 12 : 6 Scorers: Gordon (6., 45., 59., 70., 83.), Trijntje (31., 33., 58.), BZN (62., 79.), Kane (20.), Lee Towers (50.) ***Magilla Gorilla (3., 75., 80.), Penelope Pitstop (56., 67.), Snagglepuss (7.) Penalties: - ***- (1 missed) Booked: Lee Towers, Trijntje ***--- A surprisingly goal-rich match ending in the expected win for Dummys. Extreme have climbed all the way to the top flight; will Dummys follow them?
Harestua IL - Coventry 1 : 0 Scorers: Reidar Skoien (82.) ***--- Booked: --- ***Frederick Nuttycombe With their whole lineup back and available, and with the cheering home crowd behind them, Harestua IL controlled this game throughout. Coventry didn't manage a single shot on goal, but HIL needed 82 minutes to score the winning goal.
FC United - Sjokoladen BK 8 : 0 Scorers: Ritchie Jones (67., 73., 85.), Paul Scholes (1., 12., 46.), Kazuya (76.) ***--- Penalties: 1 ***- Sent off: --- ***Radu (49.) Booked: --- ***After Eight Despite having Kinder Egg back from suspension, he was benched, and Nam Nam were bulldozed by FC United. The scoreline was rather overstated, but the win was one of the clearest of the weekend.
Springfield United - Sheffield Thursday 2 : 0 Scorers: Marge Simpson (35.), Ned Flanders (29.) ***--- Booked: Maggie Simpson, Moe's ***--- Again the right strategy from Springfield United, and a clear and deserved victory for them. Three points and straight into promotion contention!
PSV - Brazil Star Conquerors 1 : 0 Penalties: 1 ***- Booked: --- ***Riqueme A boring, very even game. PSV were luckier or more favoured by the referee, got a dubious penalty, and won from that.
Call of Cthulhu - Ladida FC 4 : 5 Scorers: The Resurrected (29., 39.), The Quest of Iranon (59.), The Outsider (67.) ***Dixie (52., 68., 76.), Petra (16.), Pixie (64.) Booked: The Shuttered Room ***Dixie Amazing. Call of Cthulhu picked the best strategy and were actually better in this game, but somehow Ladida managed to score all of five goals on them, for a robbery of an away win. Well, both strong AND lucky... I'm seeing a promotion coming up for sure.
Kirkwood Showdown Match day 11 ======the Professors of Jazz - Dead Dino Storage 1 : 0 Scorers: Bix Beiderbecke (33.) ***--- Booked: --- ***GTR The fresh purchases for the Professors of Jazz paid off greatly; they managed to get a small play advantage, and even converted it to a win against table toppers DDS. Although we expect it to be harder for them away, it's still an excellent result!
Team Tobbi - Gamblers United 0 : 1 Scorers: --- ***Molly Mover (82.) Probably an expected away win, but it could just as well have ended in a draw. Team Tobbi is by no means free points at home...
The Potato People - Interchangeable Parts 2 : 1 Scorers: Mrs. Potato (43.), Earl Potato (28.) ***F2 (69.) The visitors were actually by far stronger in this game, but struggled to convert anything, and only got a consolidation goal when the Fries were already up by two. Can they avenge themselves at home?
NotReallyNewBremenCyberdruids - Dispelliarmus FC 6 : 6 Scorers: Samuel in the Sewers (7., 29.), Maurice P. Schmidt (32., 59.), Michaela Di Vani (82.), Samuel on the Roof (62.) ***Albert Blackwater (5., 48.), Clara Finningwater (39., 59.), Caroline Ballysotch (55., 69.) A lucky point for Dispelliarmus against one of the strongest teams of the division. They produce quite a string of goal-rich games...
Frackers FC - St. Helens 14 : 0 Scorers: Hotdog (4., 47., 52., 58., 70.), Laura (16., 22., 27., 40.), Tyrol (9., 18., 84.), Starbuck (66.) ***--- Penalties: 1 ***- Sent off: --- ***Grant Leftover (22.) Booked: --- ***Barry Bartolomeus, Mike Hunt St. Helens had to play most of this game with ten men, after an early red card to Grant Leftover. Frackers FC is by far the most-scoring team of the entire league system, and kept up their habits with another huge scoreline, even if they didn't deserve to win by nearly that much.
Aa Fotballklubb - Al Rassan United 0 : 14 Scorers: --- ***Velaz (31., 34., 53., 58., 68.), Tarif ibn Hassan (7., 28., 40.), Yoshimitsu (2., 21., 56.), Ammar ibn Khairan (36., 42.), Zabira (14.) Booked: --- ***Ammar ibn Khairan Another huge scoreline, this time for the second most scoring team, Al Rassan United. By any stretch, this should be their last Kirkwood season...
Kirkwood Showdown Match day 12 ======
Dead Dino Storage - the Professors of Jazz 2 : 2 Scorers: GTR (54.) ***Bix Beiderbecke (47.), Count Basie (7.) Penalties: 1 (1 missed) ***- Table toppers Dead Dino Storage was significantly stronger at home, but ended up having to chase an equaliser twice, and only managed one point. Which makes the Blue Notes the first team to take points from them at home!
Gamblers United - Team Tobbi 6 : 3 Scorers: Francesca Freezer (21., 55., 79.), Bonnie Bouncer (10., 45.), Sonya Scorer (6.) ***Paul Red (46., 57.), Kim Vidar Lund (69.) Gamblers United were a lot more comfortable at home at Dice Arena, and had few problems in claiming both points against table jumbo Team Tobbi.
Interchangeable Parts - The Potato People 0 : 0 Booked: S1 ***--- This game should in all fairness have been a walk in the park for the Parts, but somehow they managed to waste all their chances. The Potato People didn't get a single shot on goal...
Dispelliarmus FC - NotReallyNewBremenCyberdruids 1 : 0 Scorers: Jack Mepperdock (54.) ***--- In the home game, Dispelliarmus FC actually managed to outplay NRNBC! It was quite deserved when Jack Mepperdock finally scored the winning goal early in the second half.
St. Helens - Frackers FC 2 : 4 Scorers: DeVito (64.), Mike Hunt (41.) ***Clayton (39.), Tyrol (29.) Penalties: - ***2 Booked: DeVito ***--- In this game, both teams managed two goals from normal play. However, Frackers FC got a hand from the referee, and after converting both penalties, they got both points.
Al Rassan United - Aa Fotballklubb 14 : 0 Scorers: Tarif ibn Hassan (6 goal$s), Velaz (28., 43., 50.), Yoshimitsu (55., 64.), Ammar ibn Khairan (72., 87.), Zabira (90.) ***--- Booked: Velaz ***--- Lion were certainly a pack of predators in this game, getting a gazillion chances and only allowing one lone counter attack against. Great form!

After the power outage today, I was doubtful whether I could finish the issue today. Feeling quite accomplished to actually pull it off - but I skip most of the GM's ramble to get it out before bed.
Sleep Wanderers are still luckiest, followed by Gamblers United and Studs First FC. The worst luck is now that of Kremlin, followed by Alphabet FC and Call of Cthulhu.
The home advantage has increased to 8 VP. In the next issue, rounds 13 and 14 will be played. In addition, the Rosedale Knockout quarter finals will take place.
