Traffic survey not representative
Statutory and other parties
Mileway Gardens Residents’ Association- Recommends approval for flexible and mixed use for student accommodation and/or housing (with an alternative access)
Friends of Warneford Meadow - Not a designated site for assisted housing; the Field is the most suitable site for student accommodation and/or key worker housing; no evidence provided for need for assisted housing
Environment Agency – Withdraw previous objections subject to certain conditions
Highfield Residents’ Association- The Field is the most suitable site for student accommodation and/or key worker housing; not included in Local Plan
Hill Top Road Residents’ Association – assisted housing is not designated on this site in the Local Plan; no case provided for the need for assisted housing and could be provided elsewhere in Oxford; Playing Field is most suitable site for student accommodation
Divinity Road Area Residents’ Association – Traffic report deeply flawed and does not take into account developments in Oxford currently under construction. Site most suitable for student accommodation. Oppose wide access road.
