Cada juego será un guiño a enfrentamientos trascendentales disputados en la historia, una rivalidad feroz cimentada durante décadas, un duelo de equipos originales y/o un juego en el que quedó en los anales. La NFL designó el duelo Bills-Titans (1:00 PM, hora de New York, CBS) como el Partido de la semana NFL 100 para recorder al Milagro de la ciudad de la música (Music City Miracle) de la postemporada 1999. El 8 de enero de 2000, en Nashville, ROB JOHNSON y los Bills salieron del hoyo que significaba una desventaja de 12-0 en la segunda mitad, gracias a dos acarreos anotadores de ANTOWAIN SMITH.
