Modesto 7 at Lancaster 5 SAME SKIPPER, NEW STAFF: Back to skipper the Quakes for a third consecutive year will be Manager Drew Saylor, who has led the Rancho Cucamonga 4 at Visalia 1 team to the Cal League Playoffs in each of the last two seasons. Last year, Vargas pitched at vs Vis Home Low-A Kane County for the span of the season. He packaged a 5-7 record and 4.02 ERA across 21 appearances (20 starts).
