Diversity Integrity Equity Participation 4 Annual Report 2019-20 VolunteeringACT CEO’s Message Vicky Darling VolunteeringACT continues to be a strong and well-regarded organisation that is focused on responding to community need by building the capacity of organisations to provide quality volunteering programs and improving access to information, connection and participation for all people in the Canberra region. 2019-20 program and service delivery differed greatly from the first half of the year to the second, as we worked to keep our own staff safe and our business sound, while supporting our Members and the community through bushfires and a pandemic.
