LIRR: Long Beach line still suspended. All other lines are running with changes to service. Metro-North: All lines are now running with service changes on New Canaan, Port Jervis, and Pascack Valley. Subway: All lines are now up and running. There are changes to several lines including the N,Q,R, J,Z,1,2,3,A,C, and E please check for signs in subway stops for details. No A train service between JFK-Howard Beach and the Rockaways. PATH: Operating limited rail service from Journal Square in Jersey City to 33 Street in Manhattan from 5 am to 10 pm (Stops are: Journal Square, Grove Street, Newport, 14 st, 23 st, 33 st). Replacing SNAP Benefits: Members who have lost food purchased with SNAP benefits (Food Stamps) due to Hurricane Sandy are able to replace these benefits by November 28th. Residents will be able to call the center at (631) 761- 7198 or email [email protected] to receive assistance from disaster relief trained students and attorneys who will match resident concerns with referrals to federal, state and local government agencies and private groups offering storm-related assistance. The telephone hotline will be answered live Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Voicemail messages can be left anytime. .
