[email protected] Yulia Kyrpa, a Kyiv lawyer who spe- cializes in banking and finance, said that “a lot needs to be done” in the nation’s banking sector to prevent large-scale fraud in the future. Kyrpa, a partner with AEQUO law firm in Kyiv, chairs the banking and financing committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association and recently served on an advisory public council of the National Bank of Ukraine.
