The Level II Feasibility Study is intended to provide engineering and economic analyses by which the Cody Canal Irrigation District, Lakeview Irrigation District, Municipal Water Development Association {MWDA}, and Wyoming Water Development Commission can evaluate the merits of the projects and if found feasible, pursue Level m design funding from the Wyoming State Legislature.
