The year was 1985 and he was just 17. He took the title again in 1986 and for the third time in 1989. Today, Boris remains the youngest-ever winner of The Championships, Wimbledon. Over the course of his career, he won a total of 49 titles, including 6 grand slams, and a host of Olympic medals, and his success helped to make tennis a national sport in his home country of Germany.
